Chapter 256 Marvel goes away, Kree come knocking

Carol went quiet for a while before she looked back at Ryuuji, Jack felt her emotions, she felt a bit bad for attacking Ryuuji, though her temperament didn't allow her to apologize in any way.

"So you know Fury?" Said Carol, trying to start a conversation, Jack didn't make it hard for her any more than it already was and answered truthfully as he led her to the town they were currently staying in.

While the legion helped the other refugee move to the town as well, the town was now called Legion city.

It was already looking much better than Jack had left it, he noticed many Suran's still living miserably,

'I can't have that, let's help them this once.' Jack excused himself as he flew high into the air.

Chaos magic and his other abilities worked in harmony as he started repairing the whole town. He had come quite far from his previous self.

Constantly working on his control, so far, he can use most of his powers without the need of Great Sage.

He slowly floated towards the ground, Carol gave a surprised look as she eyed him.

"That was something!" She said, surprised by his abilities.

"There's more where that came from." Jack replied as he received the praise of the Suran people who started cheering and dancing.

"You are definitely not a human, what are you?" Asked carol as they walked side by side to the newly made Headquarters Jack materialized out of thin air.

"Hmm, I am a dragon king and part human as well, plus something else, who knows, haha." Jack answered.

"A dragon?"

"You know, those that are able to fly, have scales of unknown defensive powers and the ability to spew fire." Answered Jack.

Carol was about to come up with something when Jack's friends came running toward him.

"Jack! that was you, wasn't it?" Asked Felicia as she and the others arrived, they were being led around by Sera,

"Yeah, it shouldn't be surprising for you,I have done this before after all." Jack said.

"That doesn't make it any less impressive." Remarked Gwen as she looked around the place.

The muddy ground was replaced by beautiful asphalt roads and crossroads, the destroyed houses were replaced by an array of eastern and western setting houses as well as a beautiful giant building, which according to Jack's message, was the headquarter of the Immortal legion.

"Wow, this thing looks more like a king's castle than a headquarter," Peter commented as he eyed the place.

"You are really going all out on your fantasies." Gwen teased.

"What can I say, I am a bit of an artist myself." Jack laughed it off.

Jack then introduced his friends to Carol and told them about who she was and the small-scale war that happened on Earth in the old time.

"I can't believe the battle of New York wasn't the first interaction between us and the humans." Gwen said as she walked beside Peter through the castle's giant hallway.

"Not really, alien life has been on Earth many times, the Asgardians have come to earth countless times, and left their mark on our planet time and time again, the Kamaraj has a variety of weapons left behind by the Asgardians." Jack began telling them of all the instances when Earth was visited by the Asgardians.

This info was cultivated by him using the Asgardian library and the library in Kamar-taj.

"And to think people were freaked out when a hole opened up in the sky." Peter wondered.

"Are you telling me you had a run-in with Thanos?!" At this moment, Carol put two and two together, realizing that Earth had been invaded in her absence.

"Don't worry, it was a bitch working for Thanos that invaded, fortunately, the avengers stopped the invasion by closing all the portals." Jack replied as he flung his hands, opening the giant doors of the castle.

"Isn't this too much, why are the doors so big?" Felicia remarked as she looked at the huge doors.

"The civilizations of space come in all sizes, so I have made the castle with that in mind." Jack replied as he led them inside.

It took them three hours before they were done with the tour of the castle, by the end, Carol was ready to fly away, as she was sure that Suran wasn't in any danger.

"I will take my leave then, remember to call me in case you want some kree ass kicked" Carol waved at Jack and his friends before she flew so fast that most couldn't see her fly away.

'And there she goes.' Jack thought.

As Jack was about to lead his friends to the giant pool area in his castle

*Jack, The Kree army is headed towards us, they will arrive in five hours.* A voice sounded inside Jack's head.

'No rest for me, I guess I will erect some barriers.' Jack thought.

He won't participate in the battle personally, but that didn't mean he was going to let some blue overgrown smurf ruin his beautiful city.
