Chapter 155 Demons (Two chaps today cuz i forgot yesterday )

They slowly made their way over to Bruce's lab, Tony's brain was now working faster then ever, he knew now that there were some lies to Jacks truth, that Cedric wasn't really Cedric

'At least he is willing to tell me,I have no place telling him who to keep a secret from, maybe just bully him for a day or two,hehe' thought Tony as he looked at Jack from his peripheral vision

"What is your real name!?" asked Tony, although he wanted to address this secret for later, that didn't mean he will not harass him, such was Tony's nature

"Wha- Whats that supposed to mean!" Jack acted surprised, he felt that Tony might have already figured that out , but asking him straight out was another thing.

They continued bickering with each other until they reached the lab

"Alright,five crates of Firewhsikey and you stop that mouth of yours" yelled Jack

"Alright deal, hehe" laughed Tony, he got a good laugh as well as free drinks, what more could he want, meanwhile Jack finally understood he was played

"Glad you guys made it, here, have a look at this," he told them as he showed them the tablet

"Hmm...You were finally able to identify radiations, huh, guess they didn't need me after all" Said Tony as he started doing his own thing

Jack knew that Tony was hacking into Shield database at this moment, and he felt Fury coming at him along with Natasha, while the little soldier was playing inside the armory, finding out weapons of mass destruction

"Can you use this signature to locate the Tesseract?" I asked him

I didn't know if Enchantress was using another battlefield, Jack was confident in beating Enchantress and her goon, just not knowing where they will arrive was the only problem,' I will use an anti teleportation spell the next time she comes around.' thought Jack.

"It's going to be a little harder since we will have to retrace the steps, this radiation is like gamma and so much more,it's acting in a weird way" he told me

"Or rather, someone is making it act in a weird way" Jack said

'This Enchantress is really powerful, able to hide the signature of an infinity stone' Jack thought.

They were just about to discuss when Fury entered the place and asked Tony what he was doing, soon they descended into an argument, Jack took Tony's side

at this time , the Cap came in and threw a futuristic rifle and asked Fury why he was using the cube to make such dangerous tech, by this time, Thor wasn't here, and being the bastard that Fury was, he pointed at Jack

"Because of him" Fury said

causing everyone to look at Jack.

Jack POV:

"Shit really hit the fan huh" I couldn't help but chuckle, even without the Mind stone, things still came to this,I thought since Thir wasn't here yet, we would be able to avoid this, but this doesn't mean I am gonna be the sacrifice lamb here

"And care to point out how it's me" I said as I looked into his eyes

Fury was a turd

"We built these weapons to contend with people like you, people who have extraordinary powers on them,last time you and Thor, the asgardian prince fought a giant metallic man, and nearly destroyed the small town in Mexico" he shouted

Cap looked at me like I killed his cat, Nat was also looking at me,but she was neutral, Bruce meanwhile was confused

"Is that so, that was your own fault fury, but no life were harmed, and why is that, because I told you bad things were gonna happen, yet you went behind my back and acted , you did it again and again while I kept helping you, you only took that for granted." I yelled at him

Honestly,I was already angry at him,but now he wanted to turn Cap against me, that was a low blow

"Tell everyone why you really built weapons, you yourself have some supers in your SHIELD, or else this organization would not be standing, you built these things because you are afraid of the inevitable, because if Mar-vell"

Fury was visibly surprised by that, he shouted at me "How do you know that, you couldn't have read my mind" he said

"Yes,I didn't read your mind,I used sorcery, by the way,nice equipment you have their, did you build it for use against Charles and the others," I asked him.

Fury knew his secret was known by me, the blame game was over

"Who is this Mar-Vell, and why do we not know about her, and this Charles is who, I remember meeting someone like him," asked Tony with his ever-present sarcastic tone

I could hear Cap clenching his fists

"She is a half kree and half human women that got powers once exposed to the infinity stone , which you now call a Tesseract," I told them

"She crash-landed on Earth, fought the Skrull, another race, and the Kree as well once she learned the truth, the reality that we were could have died and become enslaved back then is still haunting Fury" I blurted everything out as Fury's face was filled with horror,

"Fury,if you really need force to battle the outside forces, the humans themselves are a big force, The X-gene is something that belongs to us and us alone, if you could treat the mutants with respect and give them the rights they deserve, we wouldn't be fighting over this right now" I told him

With his influence,I don't believe that he couldn't do anything for the Mutants.

Everyone went quiet once they learned the truth,except for my friend Tony

"Won't! flying women with mysterious powers, count me in" he exclaimed

Cap finally lost it and got into Tony's face

"You think this is a joke" he said

Tony being Tony,replies back with another Scarcastic joke, to which Cap further taunted him, they were about to continue when I felt something

'What the fuck is this ' I cursed inside my mind

I could feel tens of thousands of dark creatures coming at us

"What's the situation" asked Fury as he turned on his earpiece

"Sir, unidentified creatures, avian creatures are flying towards the carrier" a panicked voice shouted as the monitor in the lab showed us a live feed to us

"Oh my Merlin's ball sacks, what is that!" shouted Tony, the guy had the nerve to still fool around

"What are those!?" asked Cap, I guess this is his first encounter with super stuff after red skull.

"Those are demons,I guess we didn't give that bitch enough credit, she somehow was able to summon a whole army of demons to attack us" I told them.

Hoping to God that the Ancient One doesn't go offline, that was when I felt something in my hand, it was a letter by the Ancient One

{Dear Jack! it is regretful to inform you , but I I am currently dealing with Mephisto, as his minions are coming at you,I hope you can help yourself,I will send Jean shortly}

"Very nice, nothing could go wrong, sigh" I cursed.

By this time everyone was looking at me,I sighed

"Fury, this time I hope you can please listen to me, this is a distraction from Enchantress, she has unleashed Mephisto on Earth , a powerful sorcerer is currently fighting him, however his minions have somehow made it towards us" I waited for everyone to digest this

"So what are we supposed to do now" asked Bruce

"You guys aren't gonna do anything,I am " I told them

immediately the place was filled with voices of rejection, even Stark was against that, the numbers were too many,maybe close to 10,000 life signatures, if the demons could even have one.

"I want you to keep the Carrier hidden,I won't stop you guys from fighting if you want, but I can handle this as long as you guys are not in my way" I told them

"Are you sure about that" asked Fury

"Yeah! I am much more stronger than you Alien friend, Fury, no need to call her yet" I scoffed at him

Meanwhile, I also used Magic projection to ask for Asgard's help.

Tony made way,saying he wasn't gonna leave me alone, not until I gave him four crates of Firewhiskey, Cao also nodded at me and went away with Natasha, Bruce was still standing next to me,maybe among everyone here, he was the only one who knew how strong I was.
