Chapter 43: Revolution Against The Commission

(3rd Person's POV)

On top of the building, there was a man with a refined appearance watching from a distance as he saw a lot of people gathering around the building of Hero Public Safety Commission.

He has a slicked-back hairdo with a curl at the front and sports a handlebar mustache along with a well-kept, medium-sized beard. He has thick black lines around his eyes resembling eyeliner which he applied himself with a marker.

His clothes are also quite extravagant, featuring a dark purple jacket with enlarged collars and coattails, a pair of loose, pinstriped pants, and two belts. He also wears a pair of cuffs, and purple gloves along with a woolly scarf of the same color. He is seen using a cane to walk.

"Now, what are going to do, Public Safety Commission? You guys are no heroes." he was relaxing drinking his tea.

He watches these furious citizens protest to the commission.

"Return our tax money, you murderers!"

"We're paying you to save people, not kill people!"

"Corruption is unforgivable! Give us back our tax money!"

"Prosecution! Not Execution!"

The whole place was barricaded by the police and only few Pro Heroes who stationed around. They're trying to calm down the situation but they are outnumbered since the other are guarding Tartaros. Also, the Pro Heroes are very terrified of the angry masses and some of those people are throwing things at them.

The people are throwing paints at the entrance of the building.

Some of the police officer are with the people, protesting with them which made the work for pro heroes harder.

"This is wonderful! Everything is going to his plan!" the man spoke, spreading his arms as he breath deeply.

Behind him was a very short young woman sitting on floor while busily working something on her laptop. She has quite a large, round head, compared to her narrow body. She has raspberry pink hair, which she wears up in two high pigtails, wide and thick at the top and thin at the bottom, the ends curved upwards to the sides at her waist, their edges trimmed straight.

She has a single bang in the middle of her forehead, swept pointedly to her right, and very large, pointed-down eyes with dark rings on the underside of each, two longer eyelashes to each far side, which take up most of her face. Her irises are oval-shaped, pink in color, and each has two circles between their small pupils and their rims, giving them a rather hypnotic look. She has dark circles around her eyes.

Her outfit is quite elaborate, consisting of a big white bow at her neck, matching the thick gloves she wears, an indigo shirt with large buttons and long, upturned frilly sleeve cuffs, and a pair of white, pinstriped pants which are very poofy, making her legs seem bigger than they are. She sports several heart motifs, such as heart earrings, heart-shaped buckles on the two thin, golden belts around her waist, and a wide heart design over the tops of her legs. She also wears dark tights underneath her pants, over which she wears a pair of shiny high-heeled boots.

"Mr. Gentle, I already spread the information on all social media in the country." she enthusiastically told him.

"Let's see, how will the commission respond. Good job, La Brava!" Gentle Criminal gave her thumbs up.

"I'm happy, I can be help to you<3." La Brava looks smitten.

As Gentle Criminal pats the head of his assistant with a smile, he remembers the conversation he had Ichika few days ago at a small tea shop.

- Flash Back -

Ichika was hiding his face under the hood of his coat, while wearing a formal suit inside.

"To think the famous singer and musician will meet me himself. Nice to meet you, Fujiwara Ichika. My name is Gentle Criminal. I'm actually a fan of your music." Gentle introduced himself.

"Gentle... No! Tobita Danjuro."

Gentle Criminal was surprised when Ichika spoke his real name which alerted him.

"What?"

Ichika glanced on another table.

"Also, your assistant hiding herself on another table, Aiba Manami. Don't be shy and join us here."

La Brava who's wearing a disguise shivered when she got found out.

"Hie~"

The frightened La Brava quickly went and hid behind Gentle Criminal.

"Don't be scared. Here, order whatever you want." Ichika gave her the tea shop menu.

"You're too suspicious if you came here without ordering anything." Ichika smiled at her.

Gentle Criminal frowned and became suspicious of him,

"What do you want?"

Ichika's smile turns into a smirk which made Gentle Criminal nervous.

"I'll be direct. I want you two to work with me."

"Huh?"

Gentle Criminal's eyes widened.

Ichika took out a large folder and placed it on the table.

"What is this?"

"Look inside. I want you two to spread this on all social media platform."

Gentle Criminal became pale, seeing the papers.

"These are!"

When La Brava peeked into the folder, she became shock and immediately look away.

"Ugh! How gruesome!"

"The hidden darkness of Hero Public Safety Commission. They kill without prosecution in order to protect their Hero's image." Ichika explained then he drinks his tea.

Sweat appears in Gentle Criminal's forehead as he gets disillusioned by the heroes he aspired to be.

La Brava looks very frightened.

"Why do you need us for this? Can you do it yourself?"

"I can't because at the time you two spread this news, I will take on all the top Pro Heroes near the entrance of Tartaros. I will create a huge distraction while you two use this chance to create revolution against the commission."

Gentle Criminal felt a doubt to what Ichika's planning.

"Isn't it kinda foolish going against all the Pro Heroes in this country? That's sounds like a suicide!"

"I can because it's me." Ichika sounds confident as he grinned.

"What do you mean 'me'? I don't know anyone who can--"

"Captain Falcon."

"go against--Huh?"

"I said, I am Captain Falcon."

Gentle Criminal was surprised, remembering the name of famous Vigilante he admired. A Vigilante who's been treated as a hero without becoming a Pro Hero and most people love him just like All Might. The one shining light that revives up his hopeless, dead dream of becoming a hero.

"Ca-Captain Falcon?"

"Gentle..."

La Brava looks worried of him.

"Yeah, it's me. Without a costume."

Ichika saluted to him.

After that, Gentle Criminal decided to help him out of his admiration to Captain Falcon.

- Flash Back Ends -

"Gentle, is this gonna be okay?" La Brava looks worried.

"Don't worry, our job is finish here. Let's just believe in Falcon."

"Did you just say 'Falcon'?"

Sir Nighteye appeared behind them with several police surrounded them and pointed their rifles.

Gentle Criminal raised his hands together with La Brava.

"Gentle! I told you we shouldn't trust that man?!" La Brava panicked.

"Wait! We didn't--"

Gentle Criminal hasn't finished his words but Sir Nighteye immediately announced,

"Arrest them!"

Gentle Criminal and La Brava was pinned down and handcuffed behind their back.

Sir Nighteye fixed the position of his glasses,

"That kid!"

He saw the revolution gets intense as more people create destruction in front of the commission building and some are burning things with their torch.

"Get out there and face the consequences, you murderers!"

"You guys killed my uncle!"

"Come out, you bastards!"

The police who was resisting the protesters are getting pushed away.

The Pro Heroes stationed doesn't know what to do, seeing the wrathful faces of the protesters.

After that, Gentle Criminal and La Brava got dragged to the police station.
