Chapter 115: The Pill-Popping Frenzy

"Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration!"

Blue electric currents surged through the bodies of all the Fish-Men in an instant, causing every cell to tingle with electricity.

"Wow, is this Mr. Rodney's power? It's my first time seeing it, and it's so cool," Brook said softly. Leicester explained, "In addition to these, the captain also possesses other mystical powers. Don't be surprised, Mr. Brook. There will be even more astonishing things to come."

The world of ninjutsu was indeed full of wonders, and Rodney had only demonstrated one aspect of its formidable offensive capabilities.

"Ah! Human! You've truly angered me! Fish-Man Jujutsu!" 

After taking the E.S. Drug, Hody Jones roared loudly. He grabbed seawater and swung his hand forcefully, sending hundreds of water droplets flying.

Each water droplet was as deadly as a bullet, possessing terrifying penetrating power.

"Earth Release: Earth Flow Bullet!"

A thick stone wall rose from the ground, and Hody Jones' Yabusame Jozu attack crashed into the wall, shattering it. Rodney clapped his hands, "Earth Release: Massacre Earth Spear!"

Massacre Earth Spear was a ninjutsu Rodney had developed based on the Earth Spear technique. It was a simple enhancement, transforming Earth Spear's single target into multiple targets.

Sharp stone spikes erupted from the ground, and some of the tougher-skinned Fish-Men only felt the pain of the Earth Spear hitting their skin, while the ones with weaker skin were impaled through their bodies.

They became lifeless corpses.

Ninjutsu emphasized both killing power and catching opponents off guard. After all, ninjas were essentially assassins who operated covertly. Despite some ninja abilities being overwhelming in combat, they still carried out assassination missions regularly.

Hody Jones clutched his stomach, where a hole had been pierced. He had broken several Earth Spears, but the damage was done. Although not fatal, the wound on his belly would require a long time to heal.

He seemed to see the end, himself lying in a pool of blood, wide-eyed and unavenged, while Rodney regarded him like garbage, leaving him unburied to be devoured by sea creatures, becoming their meal.

This ending, he absolutely refused to accept it!

Hody Jones took out all the E.S. Drugs he had brought with him and swallowed them. His jet-black hair turned snow-white in an instant, much like the snow wolf fur around his neck. 

He was overexerting his lifespan, and even if he defeated Rodney with the power of the E.S. Drug, he would become an old man on the brink of death and die within a few years.

His eyes turned blood-red and menacing, and the blood on his belly stopped flowing under the influence of the E.S. Drug.

Hody Jones had now become a fearless monster!

"Human! I will kill you!"

He raised a fist larger than a millstone and brought it down with tremendous speed and power.

The ground shattered, and Brook, with Leicester in tow, had moved to another location. "That was close! We almost fell down," Brook said, patting his chest. 

"It was terrifying. If we had fallen, I would have lost my strength. I was so scared that my nonexistent heart almost jumped out, even though I don't have a heart. By the way, where is Mr. Rodney?"

"He's up in the sky," Leicester pointed at the figure floating in the air using Moonwalk. Hody Jones also noticed him and charged into the sky, his mouth wide open, revealing jagged shark teeth, attempting to tear Rodney apart.

"Dangerous," Moonwalk allowed Rodney to evade Hody Jones's attack. 

This guy's attacks were straightforward, and it was easy to predict his trajectory. Rodney found it surprisingly easy to anticipate his movements.

"Well, let's take care of the Fish-Men below." 

Rodney drew his sword and prepared to deal with the Fish-Men beneath them.

Just then, he heard a voice in his ear, "Fish-Man Jujutsu: Water Heart: Sea Current Over-the-Shoulder Throw!"

A stream of water followed a magical trajectory, rushing toward Rodney.

"Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet!"

Water surged around him, forming a menacing water dragon that collided head-on with the oncoming stream. The two water attacks exploded, scattering water droplets like rain.

"Shichibukai Rodney, I implore you to stop." 

A stout, blue-skinned Fish-Man wearing a yukata with a displeased expression approached, looking at the carnage with simmering anger.

This newcomer had fin-shaped eyebrows and sideburns shaped like clouds. He had a lightning bolt-like scar at the corner of his left eye, two sharp fangs protruding from his lower jaw, and a beard on his chin. 

His yukata was slightly open, revealing the "Sun Pirates" symbol on his chest. He wore wooden clogs and stood there, exuding an aura of great weight and immovability.

One of the Shichibukai, Jinbei!

"Oh? Jinbei?" 

Rodney spotted the newcomer and landed. 

"You're here. Then I leave this to you. This group attacked me under the banner of 'avenging Arlong,' so I won't interfere. Oh, there's also a pill-popping guy coming!"

He looked up and saw something in the distance, seemingly conveying a message.

It was...

"Hody?!" 

Jinbei recognized the newcomer. Wasn't it Hody Jones, the recent rising star in Fish-Man Island?

What was with that posture?

"What are you doing, Hody Jones?!" 

Jinbei's expression grew heavy. He had come to assist, but this fool had attacked him. Whose side was he on?

However, Jinbei was also astonished by Hody Jones's power. Even as a Great White Shark Fish-Man, he shouldn't have exhibited such incredible strength. Hody Jones shouldn't have possessed this level of power. Had he been hiding his true abilities all along?

Hearing Hody Jones say, "Jinbei?! Hahaha! You've come, huh! Take this, Shark Drum!" It seemed that Hody, after consuming too many pills, had lost his sanity. He leaped over Rodney and launched an attack on him directly.

"What?!" 

Jinbei hadn't expected Hody Jones to attack him. He had come to help. This was the first time he had encountered such a reckless individual, and it was truly eye-opening.
