1 The Beginning

Chapter one: The beginning

It was back in the year 2049 when this high technology had reached out to the rest of the world. Every thing was managed by robots, including the constructions, companies, works and projects. The only thing left for humans was to continue on their daily routine which was gaming.

Those who didn't game were busy creating new games with the help of other robots. Due to this, gaming was made the only official sport in the entire world. Nations all over the world produced their best players and would compete nationally.

This has been done for the last eleven years from the year 2049. Unfortunately the country of Japan was not lucky enough to even qualify in the finals for all those eleven years.

Japan's government were very desperate to do anything for their country to qualify to the finals. They would invest more on games and projects for games but yet their actions proved to be futile every time.

As a result, a professional player and a doctor by the name Yuji Takechi developed a project of his own in which he named it INTUX GAME PROJECT. This project would be the last for the government of Japan to try out.

His project was based more on developing their gamers' mentality and way of approaching problems. This would be possible only if they created the toughest challenges for them.

Yuji had thought of this and he developed a visual reality game with all possible challenges. After a careful planning he presented his project to his government and it approved of it despite of him informing them that he had not yet tested if it worked.

After this, he called upon the best players all over Japan and he made sure to call upon those had played same games. He called upon seven of them into a specific place.

Among them was a young girl of about sixteen years with a long and dark green hair that ended on her shoulders. She also had pale green eyes and an elegant shape with a very beautiful face. The girl was standing at a height of 5'8. The girl was called Enatsu Toshie commonly known as the Divine Expulsion.

Another one was a young man of about seventeen years with a short brown hair with black eyes . He was standing at a height of 6'0. His name was Nagamatsu Reijiro commonly known as Adamant Crimson.

The third to enter the room was still a young girl of about fourteen years with a very long brown hair which she had tied into a ponytail. She was standing at a height of 5'6. She wore black bifocolas. Her name was Hirata Sozui commonly known as Reaver.

Another young girl was beside her. The girl had dreary purple eyes with a very long purple hair. She had a high chest with the perfect shape. She seemed to be fifteen years of age standing at a height of 5'8. Her name was Esumi Asumi commonly known as Shadow.

The next to enter were twins with white short hairs with glowing grey eyes. They both stood at a height of 5'9. What differentiated them was their character and a black scar that was on the younger twin. The older twin was called Yoshiye Satoru commonly known as Kleodar and the younger twin was called Yoshiya Yugoro commonly known as Hunter.

The last to make his entry was a young man with a very dark purple hair that was still short. He had dark eyes and seemed to be a fifteen year old. He had a height of 5'8. His name was Akira Yumi commonly known as Akudama Yumi.

When all of them were finally in the room, a screen popped out in front of each of them. From the screen came a voice of aman in his early thirties. This was Yuji Takechi.

"Welcome INTUX Gamers, my name is Yuji Takechi." He begun his speech. His name caught their attention. All of them seemed shocked apart from Akira and Enatsu .

"I thought you were dead, doctor. The government said you died, and yet here you are working for the same government. " Reijiro retorted.

"That is not important."

"Who is he anyway?" Akira asked totally confused.

"Are you being serious, you don't know him? What a fool!. He is Japan's best former player and a doctor too." Esumi explained with a face of disgust.

"Down to the business. You are here as the best players all over Japan and coming next season is our game only if we expand more on your professionalism of your play in this games. "

"That is the reason of you being here. Put on those clothes and you will know your rankings around the world and amongst yourselves."

Immediately clothes popped out in front of them. Each of them went to the changing room and in twelve minutes they were back.

They wore blue stretchy outfits that had three digits on both of the arms.

"From now on you know how good you are at games. The one on you right arm shows your ranking within the world, and the other shows your ranking among yourselves."

The numbers displayed again counting over and over again. Immediately, they stopped counting, chains emerged locking each of their arms from their chairs.

"So this will be the first test but first, let's see who among you is the best." Yuji said tapping into his screen. It showed Akudama Yumi with rank 001. Suddenly blood was everywhere in the room. Each of the players had been shot dead . This was a step to his first test.

Yuji had developed special bullets that would send someone to his new developed game. He named his game IMMORTAL SHADOWS . In here were the challenges that would make the seven of them best in the world. But something was wrong about his method of getting them into the game.

His bullets got them in the game but they all died in real world.

"It was a failure" Yuji uttered almost shouting. He took out another gun and shot out his brain. The famous Yuji Takechi died alongside his project. The government hid everything and claimed death of seven best players an accident. They rather claimed that it was a bombing attack from an enemy and everything about the Japan's best was forgotten.
