Meeting Adjourned

Siverly sat at the back of the room with his thin arms crossed over his chest. The true reasoning for Henry asking him and Stanley to attend the meeting was lost on him. It wasn't as if they were discussing magic or anything about mages.

However, as soon as Henry pulled out the chest with innumerable amounts of wealth inside, gasps could be heard from each of the nobles. Even Siverly leaned forward, dropping his bored expression for one of surprise.

He remembered the orbs from when he healed Henry's hand outside of Polona. One orb was green and the other purple. Even though Siverly was less greedy than other mages, he still couldn't turn away from that amount of wealth being flaunted in front of him.

It seemed that he finally found the magical artifact he had been searching for. He should have guessed what it was sooner.

"How unexpected…" Stanley uttered from the side.
