Chapter 8 : On The Way To Become The Fearsome Demon Lord ( part 2 )

Wang Qian stood up and walked towards a tree. He then broke a branch down before swinging it around.

"This stick is good, it's long and sharp enough. It should be good enough to learn swordsmanship" Wang Qian said after looking at it, becoming increasingly more content on what he got.

'Now that I have a weapon, I should start hunting for food. But where should I find my prey?'

Just as he was deep in thought, Wang Qian heard some rustling from the bushes that was near him. He then looked towards his left only to find a rabbit that has crystal-like fur. The rabbit tilted its head towards him, trying to understand what was Wang Qian doing here.

The next second, a pack of wolves appeared and jumped on the rabbit. The rabbit was able to react fast enough and jump up to dodge the attack, but it is currently in a dangerous situation. No matter in which world, a prey will always be a prey. They might be able to defeat the predator from their original world, but a new predator that they can defeat will appear again and hunt them down.

Just when the rabbit is going to become food for the wolves, Wang Qian made his move and swinged the branch in his hand towards the wolves. Surprisingly, the fragile-looking branch didn't break after making contact with the wolf's body. Instead, the wolf's body was the one that was cut to half. The other wolves started to become wary of Wang Qian after what he did.

'I never knew that my current strength will be this powerful. Just by using a stick and I was able to cut the wolf's body in half. I wonder will I be able to cut all of them in half without the stick breaking...' Wang Qian looked over to the wolves slowly with a creepy smile.

"Here I come, my dearest prey!"
