Chapter 17: I want to train swordmanship

I wake up too early. It's just 6 in the morning. I wear a violet and pink dress. I walk around and I just discover that I have my own garden. In my garden there is a cherry blossom tree. There is also a fountain and a bench. After exploring the garden I walk a bit till I hear some swords clinking together.

I follow the sound and it lead me to a field. There are knights practicing, I saw brother also practicing. How can I forget that they use sword in here not guns? It looks cool, I also want to try it.

I sit in a chair and watch them. After brother finish practicing he sit in a chair resting. He didn't notice me huh? Sella hand me a towel as she see me walk towards brother.

"Brother Xav." I said as I give him a towel. He look at me and take the towel. "Thank you for the cute slippers." I smile at him.

"That is nothing."He said shyly. I can't believe that my brother is shy! "Why are you up early in the morning?"

"I just wake and have nothing to do. Brother, do you also practice archery?" I ask him excitedly.

"Kind of. Do you want to try?" I eagerly nod my head as a response.

"You do?"

"Yes. Will you show me?" I ask him.

He stand up and I follow him in the archery section. He get a bow and arrow. He aim and it didn't shoot in the bullseye. He blush at embarrassment but I still clap my hands.

"Brother, good job."I praise him for his effort. "Can I try it?" I ask and he nod.

I take the bow and arrow and aim towards the bulls eye but then I remember that I should pretend that this is my first time doing archery. In my past life I apply for archery classes and I am pretty good at it. I pretend to not aim the bulls eye. I completely miss the target instead it hit the tree behind it. I sigh, pretending to be dejected.

"Sister you are pretty good." He said.

"Good? What is good in there, I didn't even hit the target!"I said.

"Sister, for the first timers you are pretty good. You know how to hold a bow and the arrow is fast! Your strike is also hard."He explain.

"Really? " I ask him. I remember in my past life, when I try archery for the first time I accidentally almost shoot the person arranging the aims! Hahaha

"Ofcourse sister, you are amazing."

"I did that on purpose, Didn't know that I am that good."I flip my hair over my shoulder as I proudly smile.

"Miss, you are so good that even for the first time you are already good!" Sella said as she clap her hands. My maids also clap their hands. The clapping sounds get the attention of the knights.

"I am the best."I said smiling.

"Of course you are the best sister."

"Thank you." I said.

The other knights also clap their hands. The knights have long heard that the new miss is narcissist but kind.

"Thank you everybody." I said loudly. Sigh, I knew it, I am the best.

"Sister, you are just here. It's time for breakfast."Lily said walking towards us. "Why is everybody clapping?"

"Because I am the best."I answer her and walk out.

"Brother what happened?"Lily ask Xavier.

"Oh, she just did something great."

"And you all need to clap for her?" Liky ask. She is jealous of Luciana.

"Yes."

"Oh, what did she do? It must be something great."Lily said in curiosity. 'What kind of did did that girl do?' Lily thought.

Cean pointed towards the tree where the arrow struck. Lily can't help but widen her eyes. 'Thats' it!?' She thought.

"Wow, sister is really...great?"

"Of course she is."Cean said.

In the dining table where we are eating. I look at Mom and Dad.

"Dad," I call Dad.

"Hmm?"

"Umm I want to train swordmanship and archery." I plead. "I also want to learn how to ride a horse." Everybody stop and look at me bewildered.

"Sister a noble woman doesn't touch a sword." Lily said.

"I know, but I don't want to be a weak woman!"

"Lucy."

"Please~" I said pouting and give them a puppy dog eyes.

"You can." Dad said.

"I can?"

"Yes. But you will only learn those when you are 7."

"Its alright, I can wait." I excitedly said.

"And..."

"And?" I ask. There is an and?!

"And you have to keep it secret." Dad added.

"Is it really forbidden?" I ask confuse.

"Not really, but you first have to have the approval of the majesty."

"The King?" I sigh. That's gonna be hard. "But, if I train and we didn't get the approval of the King...wouldn't we be betraying him because we disobey him?"

"I'm gonna take care of it."Dad said. Awe, Dad really loves me.

I stand up from my chair and hug Dad, giving him a kiss in the cheek.

"Thank you Dad."I said.

"What about me?"Mom ask. I hug and kiss her too.

I see brother looking at them in jealousy so I hug him and he is caught surprise. He shyly hugs me back. Awww so cute!

I go back to my sit and continue to eat.
