WHY ME

It's was late at night when Richard went to the hospital to see Jessica for the last time as he will be leaving the country.

Richard gets to the hospital and went straight to the ward where Jessica is, he then held her hand and started talking to her

" Jessica I'm here just to tell you that I will be leaving the country soon and so sorry for the pain I caused you. Jessica I've always love you ever since we met but I think it's right for us to go our separate ways. Goodbye Jessica."

Richard stand and walk straight to the door " Richard you don't have to go anywhere " Jessica said. Richard turn back in surprise to see that Jessica finally regained her conscience, immediately Richard ran back to Jessica.

"Jessica thank God you finally regained consciousness"

Richard said happily. " where's my mom and Emmanuelle " Jessica asked. "

I'll call them right away".

Richard picks his and called Emmanuelle to give her the good news.

" Jessica so sorry for everything caused "

Richard apologize.

" no you weren't the to be blame I am, I should have understood the other day that you still love me but I didn't" said Jessica.

" how're you feeling now, should I call the doctor" Richard try to call the doctor but Jessica held him back and kissed him then Emmanuelle came in.

" I'm I interrupting the occasion" Emmanuelle asked happily, Emmanuelle hugged Jessica as Jessica's mom entered.

" Hi Mom come in ain't you gonna give me a hug or a kiss " her mom hugged and say

" Jessica there's someone who wants to see you". "who is it?" Jessica's mom clear the way for the man who happens to be the taxi driver, who was Jessica's father. "dad .....!!!!!

After Jessica was been discharged from the hospital she was taken by Richard,

" Richard I think you're forgetting something" Jessica said. "What's that I'm forgetting " Richard pretended. " Richard you must have forgotten, what's today's date? . " today is 22 June 2022" Richard said. " Richard today is my….." Richard then cut in " hey calm the doctor said you should rest now stop talking and have a little rest okay..". Richard then left Jessica sleeping and went out to meet Jessica's mom " Richard come over here hope you didn't let her to know about our suprise" Jessica's mom said. " Sure of course I didn't" Richard replied.

Richard and Emmanuelle was planning to suprise Jessica by the time she wakes up. Richard bought a blue gown which was Jessica's best colour and he gave it to Emmanuelle to go give Jessica so she could wear. Emmanuelle took it and convince her to wear it.

Fifteen minutes later Jessica is already dressed up and coming down from the stairs and every was dark she couldn't see anything " Emmanuelle, Richard, mom, where are you guys ". A minute later the lights were turn on and to the biggest suprise of Jessica, you won't believe what she saw.
