After talking with William and telling him everything about the trackers, Journee and Kay were still trying to figure out what happened with them today morning. Journee wanted to go to her father and protect him, but she knew he was right. He was surrounded by so many police officers, and he was after all the commissioner of the NYPD.
Both were still trying to figure out who followed them to the house. Who was the person she ran to with a gun in her hand?
"No, idea. I couldn't see inside the car. I don't even know if the person inside was a male or a female. As soon as I pulled my gun out, the car raced away. Even the driver was not clear," replied Journee. Suddenly a bulb lit over her head. "Bloody hell!" shouted Journee. She closed her eyes and lifted her head with disappointment. "Sshhiittt!!!"
"What, what?" asked Kay, shocked.
"That's how they followed us, and I could not see one car following me," she facepalmed, hard. The slap sound echoed in the living room.
