Chapter seventy nine

Mandy's pov

Gosh, tolerating that man is by far the hardest challenge of my life. He finds every reason to mess with me.

Be it taunting my height when I can't reach something at the top shelf or arguing with me over how to prepare food. He argues that he is a better chef than me, well I won't hear that.

So it became a competition to see who's food the customers like more. And our competition resulted into success for the restaurant. We were always trying to better ourselves and people were loving it and referring more customers for us.

Along with the hatred we were also bonding in a different way. Eating together after the restaurant close and our silent bickerings made us addicted to one another.

Whenever I don't go to work I miss those fights and taunts and the nickname " ant". And we'll he is a good man in the end. I learnt that he just doesn't beat up people on the streets for no reason like I heard.

When he gets into a fight it's to protect someone, or teach someone a lesson. For example when I met him the first time beating up that guy. He didn't beat him for the fun of it, he happened to see the guy hitting a girl and snatching away her purse.

So he beat him up to teach him a lesson. He doesn't like getting into unnecessary talks that's why he never cleared his name, and his reputation as a bully really helped him cause fear in the hearts of anyone who wanted to mess with him.

He got a pure heart that's for sure, but picking on me was a habit he could never change. We live in the same neighborhood, just two floors away so we have a chance to walk home together in silence.

His name is Liam Hemsworth and he was actually an heir to a billionaire empire, he had a fight with his father hence he rebelled and flew to Italy and started working in this restaurant.

But over the span of 6 years we became so close and attached to eachother. And the day he went on one knee and proposed me for marriage I couldn't be more happy.

Life is absolutely beautiful and wonderful with the person that loves and makes you special everyday.

No we didn't have an easy love story, obstacle free or whatever. No, it was a rough ride which strengthned our relationship. It was filled with hurdles, fights, trust issues, dark past, and what not, but we overcame it.

It's not about giving you the story in summary, but I don't know how long it would take to narrate the story. We deserve more than a few summary or pages from someone's story, we deserve our own well written story, so hope you are interested to see our dynamic and our tumultuous rude.

Now it's going to be our wedding and I want to invite the special people of my life that made helped me find love in such a beautiful way.

Kendall's pov

How I miss living with Selena, aria and Steven. Our house used to be so happy and lively filled with the laughter's of sthe sweet Selena, but now it's all gone just me and my family.

Joseph as always is loving and supportive through thick and thin. My in laws called to apologize for their behavior based on my father in laws behest because they want Joseph back in the business and they knew that could only happen when they accept me.

Their younger son has become a total waste squandering all the family's wealth on women and now they are neck-depth in dept. Moreover he caught an infection which has make him infertile. With that been said the family can have no heir from their sons.

And an heir means absolutely everything to the family. Lucas is inresposible and unmarried so there is no mention of adoption to his case, so their last hope, Joseph.

He was after all skilled in the business and knows about it, he had been trained in business since he was a little kid and that never stopped him from pursing his real dream which was to be a neurosurgeon doctor.

Our family is already complete, even thou we can't have a child of our own, but we had already adopted a child and legally he is ours and has all the right to the inheritance.

But with all that had happened I simply have no heart to forgive them, what if after going back to them they decide to play the same dirty game on my marriage like they did before.

Joseph agreed to help them with the business when needed. We also agreed that if Matteo comes of age and he wants to inherit the fortune he can, but we would live on our own and have our own life.

And as for my sweet son Matteo, if not to say that I am sure Joseph loves me I would say it's his son from another woman. I mean in character and behavior he is a copy paste of Joseph. Same poise, attitude, and what not.

My family and Arias family usually meet up every last Sunday of the month to have a nice time and talk about life, moreover the children wouldn't stray from their relationship and know their bond.

I was worried when Aria called me in the middle of the night to go and stay with lily whole they search for Selena. It so happened that's she sneaked out of the house to go to some party and later was involved with some ruckus that led her to hospitalization.

I understood why she felt the need to be rebellious, I was also rebellious till life humbled me, I was rebellious till I saw my life shattering into multiple pieces because of my moms actions and how my dad turned to question if I was really his daughter or not, nothing hurted me and clipped my winge mkre than that.

But thank God for the sunshine in my life, Joseph, I would forever and always love him because he is my rock and home.

As for Kendall, well we still don't get along. I mean we never did in the beginning nor now after so many years. But what did change in our interaction now is that we are now full grown up women who had seems life's ups and downs, hence we know how to coexist in peace and harmony without necessaryily been intimate.

December is near and we are all set to go to Mandy's wedding.
