The prosecutor was pressing hard, staring at Xu Qiaoqiao and interrogating relentlessly:

The barrage of questions left Xu Qiaoqiao speechless.

Just then, a voice echoed from the entrance, like divine intervention, causing her to whip her head around. She saw Ning Xie stride in.

Xu Qiaoqiao's gaze, however, passed over him and settled on Xu Mushen, who was following behind Ning Xie.

As he slowly entered, he looked at her first and then gently nodded at her.

Xu Qiaoqiao's heart instantly steadied.

She knew, everything was now going to be alright.
