First Day

Today is my First day at school. I woke up rather early than usual. I was too excited cause it's going to be my first day at school. I got up and looked around a little & went to thinking.

I have a tidy room. A study desk on the right of the room. A couch to sit or jump a while. A wardrobe with a mirror on the left. A cozy bed which I love mostly. Some toys to play with, since there's no one around to play except when my parents spare some time.

Still, for a living my parents worked very hard and I appreciated that. They celebrated my birthdays very preciously.

I spent most of my time playing with a unicorn doll, letter blocks & drawing on sketchbooks at home.

When I came back to myself, I saw mom came to check whether I was awake or not. "Big day Ella. Your new life at school starts today dear. Let's get ready! Come downstairs. You don't want to be late on your first day." She said joyously. I replied, "Yes mommy."

Then I went to the washroom, brushed my teeth & washed my face & went down stairs. Mom prepared breakfast with some beacon with scrambled eggs & a glass of milk. I have them every morning.

After breakfast, mom prepared tiffin for me. I grabbed it, went upstairs in my room & tucked it in my school bag, put on my new uniform, combed my hair, & cheered myself for a new beginning infront of the mirror.

After getting ready I went downstairs. Mom & dad came to me & kissed me on the forehead saying, "Have a nice day dear!"

The bus was going to arrive at 7 am. The bus stop is not that far from my house. I could see my farm from there. The bus is going to arrive at 7 am. I stood there for just 5 minutes and the bus arrived.

The door of the bus opened and I got in. By the shock of the view, there was no one inside except me. Then I thought maybe I won't have any friends to go & return with.

To think of, I was worried how to make friends. Will they except me the way I am. I am very chubby with long curly hair.
