Unexpected Guest

With Jiang Chen and Luo Peng protecting him, Yue Buqun stood no chance of getting close to Koda Kaoru.

"Jiang Chen, thank you for teaching me to swim, let me treat you to dinner," Koda Kaoru said.

Koda Kaoru's seamless switch between addressing him as "Mr. Jiang Chen" and "Jiang Chen" indicated her familiarity.

"Teacher Xiang Tian, you're being too polite."

Before Jiang Chen could even speak, Luo Peng chimed in.

"Didn't you treat me last time? What goes around comes around; it's only right."

Remembering how he had been brought back, dead drunk and unconscious, Luo Peng felt somewhat embarrassed, but despite the awkwardness, he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to enhance their relationship.

"Then I'll humbly accept your invitation," he replied with elaborate politeness.

"I'm going to change now," Koda Kaoru said with a smile, and turned to head toward the women's changing room. Even swathed in a bath towel, her hourglass figure still made hearts flutter with longing.
