I woke up, i was in a cell, thankfully i put all my stuff in the inventory otherwise it would've been hard. I looked around my cell and couldn't see any cracks, or rusts on the bars, my cell only had a bed and a window.

Suddenly i heard footsteps and a familiar face... Being dragged... It was that traitor, he's dead, his eyes were white, his mouth was bloody, and his body is filled with stab wounds.

The people who are dragging him seems to just be normal guards their stats are an overall of 34. Looked outside my cell and there were a rotten corpse in pretty much each cell, but there are only a few ghosts... Then the system popped up,

"quest acquired: you must escape this prison within 3 months before you are executed.

I looked at a ghost, wearing a good with a blade on it's back and said "hey, need any help getting to the afterlife?" then he looked at me and said "i just want you to listen to my story... I have been here for hundreds of years... My base was buried below, along with me..."

And i nodded my head and he began talking "it was 300 years ago, me, my assassination group, against an army of soldiers, counting of a hundred, we we're no match... But we took down a lot of them, my assassination group got out alive, but... I was killed on the spot..."

Then he continued on for about half an hour, i could feel every second become minutes, and then he finally started to disappear and said "farewell friend... I do hope you will survive this, oh and also back in the day we we're protecting an artifact with magical abilities, i think the one who has it was the head of the pris-" and then he completely disappeared...

I chose to absorb him, i just sat down and thinking how to escape, and then i gained a skill.

This will make things easier, but i will need a lot more... As i look at the floating ghosts I knew what i had to do... But only thought about one thing... "please don't hate me in your next life..."
