As i was looting and she was looking for answers, we got separated. As i got near the edge of the area, i went past through the woods, but there was a trail of blood.

Its fresh, about 20-30 minutes ago. I stopped looting and ran towards the blood trail, it led me to a cave. Outside the cave seems to be a battlefield, heretics vs the holy empire.

Heretics are only a group of people, however they commit notorious crimes. And judging by the outfits... These are the original group, called heretic.

They fought many bloody fights with the Holy empire but in the end... Well, they won. Heretic created spies all around the continent, they were spread all over, and got support from magicians who back in the day were called servants of evil.

They reformed the empire, and well turned... horribly, because after they conquered the empire, monsters started appearing, because the blessing from their God was taken away the moment the empire was conquered.

Before it was gaining power and protecting the weak, now its survival to the strongest... And right now, is when the final battle started...

The fall of the holy castle, cain. I rushed inside the cave, the blood was getting fresher and fresher as i get deeper.

Then i see a large pile of bodies, then 7 people of the Holy empire fighting against 19 of the Heretic.

This might be a good chance to test out the steel bow i created!

Thankfully i also crafted high quality arrows, and wooden arrows.

I took my bow out and a wooden arrow, the moment i fired it the wooden arrow burst in flames, it was because i coated it all several times in alcohol.

It hit one Heretic in the back, "enemy attack from behind!" 3 of them casted, ice, wind, and earth magic at me.

I just fired 2 wooden arrows simultaneously, hitting the combination attack creating a smoke screen.

I have withdrawn my bow and took a sword given to me by Skyler.

Then i rushed towards the battlefield killing every single one of the Heretics while remaining unseen.

Then the last remaining soldiers of the empire their leader, a man with white hair, but he looks young.

Clad in bright armor, covered in blood most likely not his. He said "tell me... Who are you to kill your fellow men?"

I stared at him and sighed, if i want to convince him to not attack me and get a reward i have to talk.

"greetings your majesty, it is an honor to meet you. You might think, I'm a magician, a servant of evil. But i assure you, i am not."
