Synopsis

#Yandere #Obsession #Bloody #Manipulation It was a known fact. Everyone would enter the circle of reincarnation upon their deaths, eventually forgetting their own memories before starting a new life. It was their libration. Alastor knew that, and when he was faced with either being caught and tortured or jumping down, he decided the latter. As much as this life meant for him, Alastor knew he wouldn't be missing much. His potential was too great to waste on this life. However, something went wrong. Once Alastor opened his eyes again, he had to arch his brow in disbelief, “What the heck is the meaning of this?” A floating shadow formed a holographic screen in front of him, with clear words written there on it, [Welcome, Player Alastor! Unfortunately, something wrong happened and your reincarnation had failed. However, now you have a chance to play in our glorious world, Esme!] Alastor had many things running through his head, especially once he noticed the additional line at the end, [Esme Game is going to start in 29:23:59] ------ ༺Dropped.

Chapter 1Prologue

Alastor stood up under the moonlight, laughing to himself. His narrowed eyes glinted with a hint of annoyance.

"I cannot believe this is my doing."

He had a hard time to believe that, because that was simply not his style of doing things. The blood splattering across the floor and the ceiling had shown something.

A burst of irrationality was ignited within the culprit, whoever they were.

Alastor, however, was as cool as a cucumber while observing the situation from every side. It was as if this whole situation did not mean anything to him.

The bloodied and torn body in the middle of the room was his father. It was almost midnight, and a maid would arrive soon to ask him if he needed anything.

If anyone saw Alastor there, with blood dripping from his hands, they would immediately come to the conclusion of him being the killer.

But he was not worried about that, in fact, he even thought it was a little bit amusing.

"Then, who loves me enough to play this game with me?"

Was that an easy question to answer? It made him laugh even more, unable to stop repeating the word 'ridiculous' over and over again in his head.

He was being put on the spot, someone surely planned this for him. Alastor was a genius who could even shake the Emperor's position, if he wanted to.

Many feared him, loathed him, and held grudges against them. Alastor found that to be the most amusing turn of events whenever he realized his 'friends' were nothing but hypocrites who fear him.

But that was not all too surprising for him. No one realized his real view of this world and his title as a 'genius'.

After giving the overall situation a look, Alastor simply did not feel like fighting here was worth it.

If he escaped, he would be haunted down. If he did not, he would be arrested and dealt with. No matter how much evidence there was, Alastor would end up being the culprit.

That was his fate as the Emperor's biggest fear.

Soon enough, the door was knocked.

"My Lord? May I enter?"

A smirk tugged on his lips as he laughed loudly upon hearing the maid's voice, he remembered now, it was that filthy wretch that set him up here.

"Fine, if that was what fate wanted me to do. I, at least, will make sure to end it with style!"

That night, the Radian prestigious mansion was wiped out from the map, engulfed by the raging flames of a single person, who got dubbed as the Devil after that night.

The mansion, the servants, and the family itself all got erased from this world. That was how Alastor decided to end his life.

With style.

[Hello, Player Alastor!]

But unlike what he thought, Alastor's life did not end. Or well, his second life had just started.

Disclaimer: I'd received a few complaints from some readers that my MC is not a real villain, and I have to agree; if you're looking for some complete psycho MC who burns random farmer villages down just for fun then don't read. The MC is a ruthless man who does evil things from time to time, but only to his enemies or those he considers to be true scum. He gains no joy from tormenting strangers. Also don't read if you want a story about buying s*x slaves and r*ping them, that doesn't happen in this novel. He will treat the women he wants to be with as if they were normal people, whether they're slaves or not.

Level 1 to Infinity: My Bloodline Is the Ultimate Cheat!

They shattered his life. Now, he’ll break the world. Ethan had it all, until his best friend and the woman he loved betrayed him, leaving him crippled and forgotten. Three years of suffering later, he clawed his way to one final, desperate act… and the universe answered. A hidden quest. A second chance. A return to the moment everything began. Now, Ethan is back, on the eve of Ethereal’s launch, the world’s first fully immersive VR game and the battlefield where legends are forged. Last time, he played fair. This time? He’s armed with years of knowledge: every exploit, every secret quest, every broken mechanic that will let him climb straight to the top. But when he logs in, something is off. The system forces him into an unwanted class—Druid, the game’s biggest joke. The kind of class people pick as a dare and regret immediately. Yet as Ethan digs deeper, the truth shakes him. [Congratulations! You have unlocked the Divine Bloodline: King of Elves!] Ethan stared at the screen, unblinking. “…The hell?” The Druid class was a jack-of-all-trades, master of none—a scattered mess of abilities that mimicked other classes but never truly excelled. Their bear form lacked the raw defense of a proper tank. Their panther form was weaker than a rogue. Their healing fell short of a priest, and their magic couldn’t compare to a mage’s devastating spells. Most players abandoned the class early, realizing they could never compete at the highest level. And yet, Ethan’s stats are off the charts. His talents are absurd. His potential is beyond anything he’s ever seen. The system has given him something no other Druid ever had—a divine bloodline, legendary abilities, and a growth rate that defies logic. If Druids were meant to be weak, then Ethan was the exception that would rewrite history. He’s not just here to reclaim his throne. He’s here to take everything. Factions will rise. Empires will fall. The strongest will thrive, and the weak will perish. And the ones who betrayed him? They won’t live to do it again.
