A Strange Skill

"Do you know who she is?" Oliver couldn't help but be surprised by Rey's words.

Rey couldn't answer his question right away, he sighed many times.

"It's natural that you don't know because even her existence is only known to the HIA, she's an unknown character that we consider the most dangerous," the man said after finally being able to speak.

The HIA was of course not just an agency. It stands for Hunter Intelligence Agency, an intelligence agency under the United Nations where the members are hunters, tasked with keeping an eye on the hunters themselves.

In this era, major crimes were almost always related to the Hunters. The government naturally needed all the information from their lives.

Oliver narrowed his eyes at Rey's words.

"Are you a member of the HIA?" he asked.

His eyes were sharp now, similar to a hawk staring at prey.

Rather than discussing Angela, Oliver was more interested in discussing Rey's identity first.

If he was a member of the agency, it was better if he got rid of him from his side.

It was a good thing that the man didn't really know the details about him.

He should be like everyone else who thought that his strength was already like that when he showed it, unlike Rose who knew that he wasn't that strong before in that Dungeon.

Rey was apparently a bit scared by Oliver's gaze.

He raised his hand.

"Relax, bro... I'm definitely not going to write anything weird about you. After all, I already consider you like my own brother," he said in a quick tone.

He seemed very convincing when he said that.

However, an agent couldn't be trusted just by his expression.

Oliver was still unconvinced.

Of course, he knew that he couldn't put too much pressure on Rey. That wouldn't reveal anything about his true thoughts.

He pretended to be calm, then picked up the cup and drank while sitting down.

"Tell me who that woman is," he said.

"Let's talk about her abilities because that's what makes it a serious problem," Rey replied.

Hearing his answer, Oliver showed a serious expression to the point his eyes didn't blink anymore.

Rey took one deep breath before continuing, "we suspect that she has a strange skill that allows her to integrate her System with other people's System. Because of that, she can benefit from people having their systems integrated with hers. For example, when they level up, perhaps around 20% of the EXP they generate flows to her so she doesn't need to level up personally, just receive experience donations from others and they are unaware of it. So far, she has never even been detected entering the dungeon for more than an hour, yet her strength has reached a terrifying level."

"How can there be such a skill?" Oliver accidentally dropped the cup he was holding with a bang after hearing Rey's explanation.

This seemed to be something really crazy because so far the System should only be between the System and its owner.

Angela's skill, on the other hand, involved someone else's System.

However, when he thought of Angela's skill, he couldn't help but think of Victoria's skill which was also very strange because it allowed her to steal other people's System.

With that, she could gather extraordinary skills from others.

Of course, Angela's skill was probably more helpful as it would raise her level constantly without her needing to put in much effort.

The so-called Nine Great Villains were the nine Strongest Hunters who were declared terrorists either because of their enmity with the government or because they committed many criminal acts.

They were difficult to deal with due to their great power so until now, the government had not been able to take serious action against them.

One could not enter this group before committing an unforgivable crime.

"What has that woman done?" asked Oliver.

He didn't expect that such a beautiful woman who had just been able to talk to him would enter the group even though there were already beautiful women who did so before.

"Let's just call the Hunter's whose System is integrated with hers as her subordinates. She once invited all her subordinates to a city for a vacation, gave them a large sum of money and prepared the best entertainment to make them come. When they all came, she deliberately arranged a monster disaster in the city. She did this so that her subordinates would be eager to kill monsters to save the city, which in fact contributed a lot of EXP for her." Rey explained.

This was of course a serious crime. The so-called monster disaster was when the monsters in a dungeon made it out of their dungeon, and at the same time more dungeons appeared in a city that was the location of the monster disaster.
