Mongolian empire

Year 5587

It has been a year since Tengis became the leader of the Beastmen and established the Mongol Kingdom. In this past year, he has already assembled a formidable army of Beastmen, numbering around 1 million strong.

The Mongol Kingdom operates with a highly centralized system, where only Tengis's commands are followed without question, although anyone could give advice to tengis and he could listen to it.

During this year, Tengis initiated a campaign to instill discipline within the Mongolian Kingdom.

Drawing from his past life experiences as Genghis Khan, he understood the immense power and importance of discipline in an army.

In his previous life, many of his enemies were defeated primarily due to their lack of discipline.

Tengis also issued orders for hunters and gatherers to search for saltpeter, brimstone, and charcoal.

He demanded they gather as much of these materials as possible, aiming to create something that had greatly aided him in his past life - black powder, also known as gunpowder.

By the year's end, all the gatherers and hunters dispatched to collect the components for making gunpowder had returned, bringing with them substantial quantities of the required materials.

Year 5588

With the onset of this year, the Draven Kingdom of the Dark Elves began to mobilize their troops near the borders shared with the Mongols. Unbeknownst to them, the Beastmen had already established their own kingdom.

The Mongol army had grown exponentially, from a million to an impressive force of about 4 million Beastmen. Tengis successfully recreated gunpowder using the knowledge he retained from his previous life.

He also began training his soldiers in horseback riding and improving their archery skills for greater accuracy.

By year's end, more than half of the Mongolian army had mastered the art of mounted archery.

In addition to these military advancements, Tengis also started to form his harem, selecting women not only for their beauty but also for their intelligence and skills.

Year 5589

By the time 5589 rolled around, the Draven Kingdom had significantly increased their troop presence at the border between the draven kingdom and the beastmen. It became unmistakably clear that they were gearing up for war against the Beastmen.

The first cannon was created using the gunpowder developed a year ago, but Tengis faced a significant problem: the cannon, powered by the gunpowder, was pathetically weak. It was so feeble that Tengis felt ashamed even looking at it.

Now, don't get me wrong, the cannons Tengis made were designed for a world devoid of magic.

In such a world, these cannons might have been the ultimate weapon of destruction. However, employing them in Elysora would lead to disastrous outcomes.

While these cannons could decimate ordinary people, tearing them to shreds, facing mages or aurists, even those at the adept stage, would result in a brutal defeat.

Going in a war with this canon would only brink a good fuck and nothing else Believe me, it would be painfully humiliating.

To address this shortcoming, Tengis racked his brain for solutions. The only viable strategy he could conceive was to use the cannons to sow chaos within enemy ranks.

Apart from this tactical use, the cannons held little value in breaching the fortified walls of this world, which were designed to withstand powerful magical and aura assaults far beyond the capabilities of his cannons.

Year 5590

The anticipated conflict finally erupted into a full-blown war between the Draven Kingdom and the Beastmen.

First day of the war

On the first day of the battle between the Draven Kingdom and the Mongol kingdom, the air was tense with anticipation. As the sun rose, the battlefield was a vast expanse of uncertainty, soon to be marred by the chaos of war.

The clash began with the roar of Mongol warriors charging towards the Draven Kingdom's forces.

The battle quickly turned brutal. The sound of metal clashing, screams of pain, and the thunderous noise of combat filled the air.

The ground became slick with blood as both sides suffered casualties.

In close combat, the scene was gruesome. Soldiers fought desperately, their weapons carving through flesh and bone.

The cries of the wounded and dying echoed across the field, a grim chorus to the symphony of battle.

The Mongols also used their newly made cannons, and the dark elven army, which hadn't seen anything like it, was shocked.

The soldiers who were at the novice or apprentice stage began to get torn apart by the cannons.

As the day wore on, the battlefield became a horrific sight, littered with the bodies of the fallen from both sides.

The ground was soaked with blood, and the air was filled with the stench of death and gunpowder.

The war continued for days, with thousands perishing daily, either from magical spells or aura attacks.

For about two months, the conflict raged on, during which the beastmen, under Tengis's leadership, steadily turned the tide.

Tengis leveraged every advantage the beastmen had; for instance, those who could transform into birds were sent to spy on the dark elves throughout the war, proving to be a highly effective strategy.

During the conflict, Tengis also forged alliances with the Elven Empire and the Eldarion Kingdom, as all three shared common enemies: the dark elves and the dwarves.

In the end, the Mongols emerged victorious against the dark elves, capturing the portion of the island controlled by them.

Although the dwarves attempted to aid the dark elves—for they saw themselves reflected in the dark elves and, more importantly, because the dark elves were their only reliable allies on the continent—this effort was thwarted by the Eldarion Kingdom.

Ultimately, the dark elves fell, and the Mongol kingdom was renamed the "Mongolian Empire."
