Daemons in yeridian

Year 5611

Many daemons, in search of the way to the other continent, started flying across the oceans.

After many months,

In the forest of Elnior, a group of knights could be seen patrolling the forest. They were wearing white armor.

"Hey, Captain, is it really necessary for us to patrol the entire forest like this? I mean, it has been more than a year since the great war ended," one of the knights said to his captain, shifting uncomfortably in his saddle as he glanced around the shadowed underbrush.

"Of course, we have to do this. After all, we can't trust those humans from the Aurist Kingdom. Those guys are cunning to their core and would never leave a chance to exploit us," the captain of the knight order replied, his voice firm and unwavering as he surveyed the dense foliage with a practiced eye.

Bang

Bang

Suddenly, they heard a noise coming from the forest.

"Huh, what was that, Captain? Should we check it out?" a knight asked, tension evident in his voice as he tightened his grip on his weapon.

"Yeah, let's check it out," the captain replied, nodding decisively as he spurred his horse forward, leading the way into the depths of the forest with his men following closely behind.

As soon as they reached the place from where the noise was coming, what they saw surprised them a bit. Although many branches had fallen on the ground, which might have made the sound, there was no one to be seen, only some bats sitting on the tree branches that were still intact.

"Weird, something is obviously wrong here," the captain of the knight order said, his brow furrowing in concern as he surveyed the scene.

"We also think that, Captain," all of the knights replied in unison, their voices tinged with unease as they exchanged worried glances.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Ahhhhhhhhhh

But then suddenly, they heard a screaming voice from behind. As they turned around, what they saw was a member of their knight order having his blood sucked out of his body by a bat that had bitten his neck.

"Jonathan!" all of the knights screamed and ran toward Jonathan to help him. One knight tried to grab the bat, but it disappeared and reappeared on the branch of a tree.

As the knights checked on Jonathan, he was already dead, having had all his blood sucked out of his body. Not even a single drop of blood was left in his body, and he had become so thin that even his bones were visible.

"Ara Ara, look what we found. Lord Vilran would be happy when we tell him that we found the way to the other continent," suddenly, a bat transformed into a man with long black hair, red eyes, and vampire fangs.

"What?" all of the knights became shocked upon seeing a bat turn into a humanoid form, as they had never even heard of such a thing, much less seen it themselves.

"You, you are the one who killed Jonathan, right? I will kill you, you bastard!" Soon, a knight started to run toward the man, with his sword held high, intending to cut the man into pieces.

As more bats began to transform into humanoid forms, the number of vampires quickly equaled that of the knights.

Seeing this, the captain of the knights said, "Boys, maintain your positions."

Soon, a fierce battle broke out between the vampires and the knights.

The fight was brutal. The vampires transformed back and forth into bats, swooping in to pluck out the eyes of the knights.

In response, many knights started to grab the bats and eat them alive in a desperate attempt to protect themselves.

Boom

Boom

The vampires then started to cast magic spells, but the knights managed to avoid them using their auras.

After a fierce and bloody confrontation, the battle finally came to an end with the knights emerging victorious. However, the victory came at a steep price.

Most of the knight order was wiped out by the vampires, and in the end, only around 4 knights were left standing.

Meanwhile, some vampires managed to transform back into bats and escape the battle, eluding capture or death.

Some hours later,

The surviving group of knights somehow managed to return to their elven city successfully, though they were covered in blood. Even their once white armor was now stained with the red color of blood.

The citizens of their city were shocked to see the knights in such a condition. Many knights from the city also came to check on them and offered immediate assistance.

The remaining knights recounted the events that had transpired, describing how some bats transformed into blood-sucking enemies. At first, no one truly believed their tale. However, skepticism turned to belief when an expedition to the battle site revealed the bodies of the blood-sucking monsters.

Soon, the news of blood-sucking monsters spread throughout the elven empire and even reached the surrounding kingdoms.

Daemon Continent...

Many months after the battle,

In a very large palace within the demon domain,

A man was sitting on a throne, exuding an air of authority. Suddenly, a vampire flew into the palace in a hurry, his wings flapping noisily as he navigated through the vast halls.

"Your Excellency, Lord Vilran, w-we found the way to the other continent," the vampire announced breathlessly, his eyes wide with a mixture of fear and excitement.

Lord Vilran smiled, a chilling expression that hinted at his psychopathic delight. He leaned forward slightly, his fingers tapping against the armrest of his throne in anticipation.

"Give the orders to gather the armies of all the daemons. We are going to attack the other continent soon," he said, his voice calm yet laced with an ominous tone.
