"To live life to the fullest, it sounds fun—and it was," Aiden Light thought. He had everything a young man could want. A solid life, a bright future, and a girlfriend named Radomira, who made everything feel perfect.

Aiden, with his sun-yellow eyes and hair, fair skin, and casual outfit—a black jacket, white shirt, and brown pants—walked down the street. Beside him was Radomira, her black and purple hair flowing softly. She was stunning, her beauty undeniable, and her affection clear as she clung to Aiden's arm, smiling up at him.

Radomira looked at him with warmth. "So, where are we going for our date, darling?"

Aiden patted her head playfully. "The store is just down the—"

A loud gunshot cut him off. Instinctively, both Aiden and Radomira froze as they saw a chaotic gunfight between the police and a criminal, bullets flying everywhere. Aiden's instincts kicked in immediately. He grabbed Radomira's hand and bolted, but before they could get away, the criminal's bullets found them. Aiden gritted his teeth and shielded Radomira with his body, taking most of the shots.

Pain shot through Aiden's body, and he could feel blood pouring from his wounds. "Shit... it hurts... and I feel cold."

"Access granted. Skill: Cold Resistance has been bestowed."

A voice, foreign yet familiar, echoed in his mind.

Aiden felt his strength slipping as everything became hot. "So... hot..."

"Access granted. Skill: Heat Resistance has been bestowed."

His legs gave out, and Aiden collapsed to the ground, watching helplessly as Radomira also fell. Despair gripped him as he saw her face pale, life draining from her.

"No... I promised I'd protect her... I wish I could have guided her better," he thought, gripping her hand tightly as everything darkened.

"Access granted. Skill: Guidance has been bestowed. Skill evolved into Ultimate Skill: Great Sage."

Aiden's breathing grew shallow. "Maybe... if I could just heal her... If only I could give my mindset to others, so they wouldn't suffer like this..."

"Access granted. Skill: Regeneration has been bestowed. Skill: Adaptation has been bestowed. Skill: Mindset Transfer has been granted."

He could feel the end coming. Aiden's body was growing cold, his vision fading as the world around him blurred into darkness. "Sorry, Radomira..." he whispered, and his eyes finally closed.

---

Aiden's consciousness drifted through an endless void until, suddenly, he opened his eyes. He was no longer lying on the cold street but instead found himself in a strange, pure white room. The endless whiteness seemed to stretch in every direction.

"Where am I?" he wondered, scanning the room. Then, before him, a figure appeared—an entity dressed entirely in white, with a familiar smile etched on its face. The figure radiated an aura of something ancient, something... powerful.

The entity spoke, its voice calm yet filled with authority. "So, this is new. You came to me instead of my brother... You didn't break the laws of alchemy like that boy."

Aiden looked up at the entity, trying to comprehend its words. "Who... who are you?"

The figure smiled. "You may call me Truth."

Aiden's eyes widened as the realization struck him. "Truth... as in the Truth?"

The figure nodded, almost amused. "Indeed. You've watched a lot of anime to recognize me so quickly."

Aiden blinked, still processing everything. The pain, the gunfight, Radomira... and now this? He was standing in front of Truth?

"Am I... dead?" Aiden asked, his voice shaking slightly as the weight of it all crashed down on him.

Truth tilted its head, the smile never leaving. "Yes and no. Your old life is over, but you're not gone. In fact, you've been given an opportunity."

"An opportunity?" Aiden repeated, confused.

Truth stepped closer, peering into Aiden's soul. "A world exists that has spiraled into chaos and depravity. You will be sent there, but not as the man you once were. You will be reborn."

Aiden's heart raced. "Reborn? As what?"

Truth's smile grew wider, almost playful. "A slime."

"...A slime?!" Aiden couldn't believe his ears. "You're sending me to some chaotic world as a slime?"

Truth simply nodded. "Yes. But you will not be powerless. You will carry abilities similar to that of Rimuru Tempest, a powerful being who reshaped his world. Your task will be to fix the broken world you're sent to, a world plagued by darkness and corruption."

Aiden's mind raced. Rimuru... The idea of becoming something like Rimuru from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime was surreal.

Truth stepped back, the white room starting to glow even brighter. "This world will test you, Aiden. But with the power bestowed upon you, and the will to make things right, perhaps you will succeed where others have failed."

Aiden clenched his fists. The memories of Radomira, of his promise to protect her, still burned in his heart. "I'll do it. I don't care what I am. I'll fix it. I'll fix everything."

Truth smiled. "Good. Then go forth, Rimuru of this world. Your journey begins now."

Aiden looked at Truth, a mix of confusion and disbelief crossing his face. "I have a couple of questions. First, why did you say it was surprising to see me here? And second, what is this world called? I feel like I've seen it before, but I can't place it."

Truth chuckled, folding his arms with an amused smile. "Fair enough. Normally, people who get reincarnated are greeted by either my brother, the Dragon of Rebirth, or the Phoenix of Rebirth. They handle the process. But you... you heard the Voice of the World directly, bypassing all of that. So, congratulations—you skipped the RNG of reincarnation."

Aiden furrowed his brow. "RNG? Right... lucky me, I guess. But what about the world you're sending me to? What's its name?"

Truth's smile widened. "The name of the world is Kuroinu: Kedakaki Seijo wa Hakudaku ni Somaru."

Aiden's eyes went wide, and he instantly recoiled. "No! Not that world!" His voice was filled with dread.

Truth couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, so you've seen that hentai?"

Aiden groaned, rubbing his forehead in embarrassment. "Don't judge me! I didn't know it was a hentai when I first stumbled on it. I was a teenager!"

Truth shook his head, still grinning. "Ah, youth. Well, regardless of how you discovered it, that's your destination. A world overrun with darkness and corruption, where the worst kinds of people thrive unchecked. I'll say this much—your mission to fix things won't be easy."

Aiden let out a heavy sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Of all places... why that world?"

Truth's smile softened a little. "Because that's where you're needed the most. If you can bring change there, you can make a real difference."

Aiden clenched his fists, the weight of the situation finally sinking in. "I've watched enough anime and played enough games to know that the world is a nightmare, especially for women. And the people running it... they're beyond redemption."

Truth nodded. "That's why you were chosen, Aiden. You have a deep sense of justice and the drive to make things right. You despise those who abuse their power, and in this world, you'll have the chance to confront them."

Aiden sighed, but there was a flicker of determination in his eyes. "Alright... if that's where I'm going, then so be it. I'll change that world. I won't let the same horrors happen again."

Truth looked at Aiden, a mischievous smile spreading across his face. "Before I send you to that world, I have a few questions for you. What do you think of that world? And more specifically, what do you think of Celestine and her knights?"

Aiden sighed, gathering his thoughts. "The world itself? It's a beautiful place, full of magic, fantasy, and everything I've always loved about high fantasy worlds. But... it's also rotten to its core, especially because of people like Vult." His voice darkened as memories of the worst characters in Kuroinu flashed through his mind. "I don't think Olga is inherently evil either; some of the things that happen just defy logic, especially when it comes to how their society and... armor work." He paused, a bitter chuckle escaping him.

Truth raised an eyebrow, seemingly intrigued. "And Celestine Lucross? Her knights?"

Aiden shrugged. "She picked good people, no doubt. But..." He hesitated for a moment, then spoke more firmly. "She didn't pick the right people."

At that, Truth let out a laugh, one filled with a hint of insanity, echoing in the white void they stood in.

Aiden raised an eyebrow. "I mean, out of all of them, she only made three right choices: Claudia Levantine, Prim Florire, and Maia."

Truth's laughter subsided, replaced by a knowing smile. "You're sharper than most, Aiden. Celestine might be well-meaning, but good intentions alone won't save that world. She doesn't have the strength to stand against the darkness, and neither do most of her knights."

Aiden crossed his arms, his frustration evident. "That's part of what's so maddening about it all. How can someone as powerful as Celestine, someone with the potential to change everything, make such obvious mistakes? It's like she's just watching everything fall apart instead of actually doing something."

Truth nodded, his eyes gleaming with something almost akin to admiration. "And that's exactly why you were chosen. You see the flaws in the system, in the people who hold the power. You understand what it takes to actually fix things, to stand up to those who are beyond redemption."

Aiden clenched his fists, the resolve building in his chest. "I'm not just going to stand by like her. If I'm going into that world, I'll do what Celestine couldn't. I'll protect the ones worth protecting, and as for the rest... they won't get the chance to hurt anyone again."

Truth grinned, his form shimmering slightly. "Then go, Aiden. Bring your justice to the world of Kuroinu. I'll be watching with great interest."

And with that, the light enveloped Aiden once more, and his journey into the twisted fantasy world began in earnest.

Truth, still grinning, reached out and grasped Aiden's soul, connecting it to the twisted world of Kuroinu. As Aiden's soul faded into the ether, Truth chuckled, already anticipating the chaos that would follow. But before he could bask in his work, the air in his domain shifted. A powerful presence approached, one that Truth immediately recognized.

The Cosmic Dragon, the Dragon of Rebirth, appeared before him, its shimmering scales radiating cosmic energy. Truth, still lounging in his seat, smirked at the arrival of his brother.

Truth crossed his arms, looking up at the majestic creature. "Let me guess," he said with a teasing tone, "his girlfriend got reborn as well, right?"

The Dragon of Rebirth remained silent, but the flicker in its eyes told Truth he was on the right track.

Truth's grin widened, a glint of mischief lighting up his eyes. "Don't tell me... it's her, isn't it? The name alone gives it away—Radomira." He let out a laugh, already imagining the tangled mess of fates that would unfold.

The Dragon of Rebirth finally spoke, its voice deep and ancient, reverberating through the void. "She has been reborn in that world, yes. As you suspected, her destiny intertwines with his once again. But it is not for you to meddle with."

Truth shrugged, still smirking. "I don't need to meddle, brother. The pieces are already in play. Besides, watching them navigate that hellish world... that's going to be entertainment in itself."

The Cosmic Dragon's gaze softened, though a flicker of concern lingered in its eyes. "I trust you know what you're doing, Truth. But be warned: the balance of that world is fragile. Too much interference, and it might shatter entirely."

Truth waved him off. "Please, I'm just giving them a fighting chance. Besides, isn't that what you always preach? Rebirth, second chances, redemption? Let's see what they can make of it."

The Cosmic Dragon sighed but said nothing more. With a nod, it turned and vanished, leaving Truth alone once again in his domain.

Truth leaned back, still smiling to himself. "This is going to be interesting..."

Truth chuckled to himself, the mischievous glint in his eyes growing brighter as he thought about Aiden's fate. "That kid," he mused aloud, "is getting a harem, no questions asked." He leaned back, thoroughly amused by the idea.

"After all," he continued with a grin, "it's that kind of world. The way he thinks, the way he acts—there's no way he's walking through Kuroinu without catching the attention of some of those women." He laughed to himself, already imagining the chaos that would ensue.

"Of course," Truth said, raising an eyebrow in thought, "Aiden's not going to have it easy. That world's a mess. He'll be fighting to fix it, but I doubt he realizes just how much of it will revolve around him." His smirk widened. "He'll have his hands full. Literally."

As he thought more about Aiden's journey, Truth shook his head, still chuckling. "Good luck, kid. You're going to need it."
