Jian has just checked the reward and has accepted two reward one was the Killing formation and the other was the element cultivation room and after accepting this rewards he kept the remaining rewards.

Because he will need to think on them and after that he immediately started to prepare for the announcement as only a few hours were remaining and today he is going to introduced the elders structure to the disciples and after sometime when the elder structure have been introduce to the disciples then after few weeks he will introduce the disciples structure so that disciples will be able to adjust and work according to it. 

So after few hours Yu Yang's team member came to the sect hall and announce that they have gathered the disciples and are waiting for Jian to come so he didn't waste time and immediately flew to the disciples area.
