Jian has just given the system instruction about creating the new building and the system has started to create a new building according to his instruction. 

The new building is called a profession Tower which would be situated between the sect hall and the scripture hall and it will contain all professions.

Now that the system has informed him that it would take 12 hours to build the profession Tower So Jian has to make announcement about the profession tower before he can leave the sect for the mission. 

So after giving instructions to the system he immediately called the main elders of the sect hall and all of them where gathered inside the sect hall.

They were confused at first because there a had no reason to gather for the meeting as they have been focusing on the new structure of the disciples and have been clearing doubts about the profession for the disciples.
