Chapter 37 - Angelic Legion Vs Infernal Legion (Part 7)

Moments Before the Vice-Regent of Heaven Arrived in Hell.

First Heaven of Creation.

Among the Seven Heavens, the First Heaven of Creation was the most special of them all, simply because the dwelling of the Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent Creator of the Universe was located there. 

Even angels could not set foot in the First Heaven; only the Seven Archangels were permitted to enter, and even then, only with God's permission. 

Contrary to the opulence and luxury one might expect, the first impression you would have of the First Heaven was one of simplicity and emptiness. There was absolutely nothing but a vast, entirely white sanctuary. 

At this moment, behind the great ivory doors that blocked the entrance to the Sanctuary, seated on a platform, a being was playing chess in a very comfortable position. His extremely long white hair cascaded down the staircase leading to the platform.
