Chapter 1, The World Shall Tremble

A boy slept soundlessly laying against a large tree. He grumbled as he turned over and scratched his ass.

"Huh." The boy opened his brown eyes as he pushed his messy brown hair off his charming face.

"System..?" He mumbled sleepily before standing up with some difficulty.

"A forest? Weird.."

'There are no forests near me...System? Did I die.' He thought silently before searching his pockets and finding nothing.

"Really? Transmigrated as soon as I got a girlfriend." His face darkened as he remembered the girl he finally asked out.

He looked at the floating golden screen with a bored expression.

'It should take a few minutes.' He ignored it and searched his surrounding.

"Haha a stick. I can become a sword master!" He smiled as he found a long, thick stick before swinging it around.

He started to do strange moves before tripping and falling on his side.

"Ow.." He covered his bruise before looking back at the screen.

His smile faded slightly,"Could be better." He grumbled before retrieving the Qi Technique.

'Gather Qi from the surroundings and lead it to your spiritual mound..'

'Hm first I have to find my spiritual mound and sense Qi.'

He closed his eyes and silently searched for the elusive Qi. However even after a 30 minutes he had not found anything. He did feel more peaceful as he searched. In fact he felt quite good as he felt his surroundings and felt the soft breeze on his skin.

He got addicted to the silence and fell into a trance. Suddenly a wisp of red Qi went into his body, then another. Suddenly white Qi followed and a golden Qi behind it.

Soon many colors of Qi flooded into his body but didnt go into his spiritual mound.

He directed it to his body instead, his right arm flowed with white Qi constantly reshaping it. His left arm had a bright golden Qi, his Torso had a beautiful purple Qi, while his right leg had a red fiery Qi. His left leg had a grey Qi that disorted the space around it, while a silver Qi wrapped around it like a snake.

Finally his head had a strange red Qi that looked like a dragon. His body slowly changed with the pressure of these 7 different types of Qi.

Hours passed as night fell a strange gold barrier enclosed Alastor as he cultivated quietly.

He stayed like this for a few more hours till daybreak fell. He slowly was lifted from his trance as he felt his body.

'I feel strong and confident...I should gather Qi in my spiritual mound now.' He thought before his eyes closed again.

[Detected hostile beast nearby]

'Oh..' He looked around quietly before silently walking to a tree nearby and climbing it with little difficulty.

As soon as he felt he was high enough hung to the tree and waited silently.

Soon enough a large bear came and sniffed around. It was pure black and twice as big as a grizzly bear.

After a while it left to search for more prey.

'Why haven't any animals come near me for the hours I was cultivating..' He found it weird but didnt mind it.

He tried to cultivate on the tree, although it was difficulty at first, he soon got comfortable and started to gather Qi into his spiritual mound.

A few hours passed as he cultivated quietly, seeing it was almost noon he decided to find a better place to cultivate.

Climbing down the tree he summoned the system and decided to bring out his tiger cub.

A golden light appeared and made a strange formation before him. A white tiger twice his size appeared before laying down at his feet and tried to play with him.

"A cub...what the fuck." His eyes twitched as he looked at the huge white tiger.

"Can I use you as my mount?"

The tiger stood up before biting his head and throwing him onto his back.

Traumatized Alastor sat there while the 'cub' trouted along the forest.

Soon they found a cave, cautious Alastor took a rock and threw it into the cave.

Forgetting his new strength..

*BOOM

A loud sound erupted as the rock exploded on impact. The cave collapsed under his dumbfounded gaze.

"Heh...guess it was empty?"

*ROAR

A loud roar sounded as he quickly jumped back onto Baihu, which is what he decided to name him, after the Heavenly beast.

Another few hours passed before he found a small mountain with a cave.

Learning his mistake he threw a rock lightly into the cave.

Soon a angry roar came as a black bear came out. It was the bear he'd seen this morning.

"Heh, beat him up." Alastor stood with a smug face as he crossed his arms. However he recieved no response.

"Baihu?" Puzzled he turned to find his pet had disappeared.

"Oh..."

Turning to face the bear who was inching toward him while growling.

"Heh, would you believe me if I said I was your father?"

The bear launched towards him with its mouth open.

Looking at this he couldnt help but frown.

'Why is it so slow.' He stepped to the right lightly and kicked with his left leg as hard as he could.

*BOOM

His kick whipped through the air as it landed on the bears face. The large bear flew back into the mountain motionless.

"Heh, I'm so cool." He smirked as he got into a victory stance.

Looking behind him he saw his loyal tiger had returned.

"I could've died." Glaring at him he walked into the cave to cultivate.
