YEET YEET CHICKEN FEET ~ CHAPTER FOURTEEN
I gasped, springing up. My hands flew to my neck, which was bandaged. ??? so all of that drama had been real? I sighed and flopped back down, hands still gratefully wrapped around my neck. I was alive! and Levi hopefully knew who I was now! Mission accomplished~~~~
I smiled, and suddenly 5 servants burst in at once. One had tea, one had food, one had medicine, one had bandages, and one had fresh blankets. They all gaped at me for a moment, and I stared right back.
"Good morning, everyone. Mind filling me in?" I smiled.
Apparently, as I heard from the servants, Levi has rushed into the palace, carrying a fainted Eden in his arms, absolutely frenzied. ???? huh? And after that, he also came to visit me every day. Really? I mean, the dance was enough proof that I was Cordelia, but isn't the word frenzied a bit too much?
Hmmmmmm. "Ah, well. I'll think about it later. Thanks. You can go now." I said to the servants. They were still all careful around me, which was actually a good thing.
"Uhm… Is Levi here?" I asked. "Of course, my lady! We'll get the duke for you." The servants chorused, before leaving. I sighed.
On cue, Levi burst in. "Uhm-" I started, but he instantly fell onto his knees.
??????????
"Im sorry, Cordelia," Levi said, and I burst out laughing. Oh my god! Kneel some more, dude, after all the trouble you put me through! "It's fine. Really. but get up, you're going to bust your kneecaps!" I said, giggling. This was fun. Someone else entered too. Someone with a hooked nose and pointed teeth.
"Hey! A fortune teller!" I said, pointing a finger. The hag smiled, waving. "Im glad to see you, but no. Bye." I said waving my hands. The hag frowned, but I stuck out my tongue, so she left. Now all that was left was Levi.
"Uhm, so, I have some things to explain."
