Old Motorcycle

Not long after that there was a call, Kevin's cell phone rang loudly. Both sound and vibrate modes are turned on. He usually wears it when he is outside.

Kevin was lazy to answer, so that no one would disturb his time with Nirmala.

"Who's on the phone?" Nirmala saw that Kevin didn't quickly take his cell phone from his pocket.

"Ah, it's not important, if I go anywhere, it's better not to bring a cellphone, it's really annoying," Kevin didn't want his time with Nirmala to be disturbed.

"Just pick up who knows it's important!" Tell Nirmala, take the cell phone from his trouser pocket.

Kevin obeyed Nirmala's words, and saw who had called him many times.

"Good grief, Miss Rosa!" He said surprised, he didn't pick it up quickly for fear of being scolded by Rossa's mother, Kevin just realized that he forgot to bring groceries from the market to meet the kitchen needs at the stall.

"Where did I put it, I forgot." Kevin muttered, scratching his head. Nirmala watched Kevin with a laugh.

"You're like a monkey you know! The one who called you was tired of waiting for the call to be picked up. How many times have you been turned off!"

It was the fifth call that Kevin picked up with a frightened look on his face.

"Hello Miss Ross?" Say hello to Mrs. Rossa behind the phone.

"Kevin where are you now? What time are you still not here yet?" Asked Mrs. Rosa, Kevin deliberately turned up the volume so that Nirmala could hear it.

Kevin wants Nirmala to laugh like he showed earlier, Kevin prefers Nirmala who is cheerful than grumpy as usual.

"Sorry Miss Rosa, I forgot." Kevin replied, preparing to be scolded by Mrs. Rosa, the person who gave Kevin the job.

"Forgot what Kevin meant?" Mrs. Rosa was more confused to see her often late and underestimated her work.

"Quickly bring your groceries to the shop. It's too late to open the shop!" Mrs. Rosa ordered in an elevated tone. Kevin listened with his brows furrowed.

"I forgot to put the groceries where Mrs. Rossa!" Kevin answered so honestly, it made Mrs. Rosa furious.

"Don't make me angry again, Kevin. You've made mistakes like this several times. Now how do you get the ingredients you bought earlier?" Mrs. Rosa couldn't be patient anymore with Kevin's behavior. If she doesn't bring the groceries today, Mrs. Rosa will have to close her shop.

While Nirmala was holding back her laughter at Kevin's actions, how could she relax here with him while her boss was waiting for her at the stall.

"You bastard. There is no responsibility at all. People's cooperation is made haphazardly!" Nirmala covered her mouth to stop her burst of laughter.

"Eh. Turns out he's a food stall worker. No wonder he brings groceries from Tenggilis market every day." Again, he thought he knew the work of the man he thought was strange.

"Sorry Mrs. Rossa, I'm going back to the market to get the groceries. Mrs. Rosa is waiting patiently!" Kevin did it again. How could Mrs. Rosa patiently wait for him to come when it was getting late.

"Yes, hurry up I'm waiting!" The booming female voice ended the call.

"Huft, Mak is getting angry again!" He said angrily, Kevin covered his face. What will he say again when he finds out that the ingredients he bought earlier are gone.

Nirmala let out a laugh. He couldn't stop laughing at Kevin, the oddball man.

"How can you take me out for a walk while you're still at work, if you keep making your employer angry. You must be fired from your job!" Obviously Nirmala pushed Kevin's body.

"Oh yes Nirmala, I just remembered the two rich men who were looking for you. Isn't that your family?" Kevin seriously approached Nirmala and wanted to get Nirmala's answer now.

"Never mind, I'll tell you sometime. Now you have to go back to the market and look for the things you put carelessly earlier!" Tell Nirmala to invite Kevin to stand up and return home.

"I'll take you home first!" Kevin dragged Nirmala's hand who was still standing in front of the gasebo.

"No need I can walk!"

"Ee... No no. Hurry up you go up

Although the motor is worn, the road is still smooth. And can be a bit speedy."

Nirmala just obeyed Kevin, and rode a motorcycle with him.

"There's no need to be loud! I'm scared!"

"You've got hold of it!" Kevin told Nirmala to hold on tighter.

After he finished taking Kevin, Kevin rushed to Tenggilis market.

That afternoon the market was getting busier, they were walking in crowds. They squeezed each other, making Kevin impatient and wanting to get out of there.

"How can I find the groceries, when the market is crowded like this. It's really bad today. My address will be dismissed by Mrs. Rosa if the groceries are not found." Kevin shook his head.

By looking here and there the places he stopped earlier. He hasn't found it yet

Did someone pick it up and take it away?"

For a few minutes Kevin walked vines, crawling until he was tired and also walking in this crate.

They walked squeezing each other's bodies, until many small children cried because of the suffocation. Not many of them had to be carried.

Kevin turned back and forth against the tide of humanity, he decided to stop looking.

He could not walk back and forth with the crowded market conditions creeping like this. He would surrender if Bu Rosa stopped him.

Kevin returned to the side of the highway, and from a distance saw a large black bag lying under the big, lush tree.

His face, which had been sour before, was now bright. The corners of the lips that had been down, were now raised again.

"Well that seems to be what I was looking for!"

Kevin rushed there. And sure enough he had remembered that he had put it carelessly there while waiting for Nirmala to come.

With a bright face, Kevin sang happily back to Mrs. Rossa's stall.

In front of the shop, Bu Rosa put on a flat face. He's not usually like that. Every day he saw Mrs. Rosa patient, and cheerful. It's not from a distance that it looks like he's going to explode any minute. Waiting for the battered motorbike to arrive in front of the shop.

"Ah, I don't need to be afraid, usually I have faced my mother too many times when she was angry. Even when I was expelled, I didn't have a problem because I was brave. Hehe," he mumbled a little too much.

"Please look at your watch, what time is it now?" asked Mrs. Rosa with her hands on her hips.

"It's only ten in the morning Mrs. Rosa, heheh." Kevin wasn't afraid, instead he was grinning, there was no guilt.

"Miss Rosa is angry, not asking you to joke, Kevin! Where are the groceries. I've been waiting for you since morning. Even though the market is not too far away. What were you doing earlier. You know it's already working hours. You have to be disciplined too!"

"I'm sorry Mrs. Rosa, I won't do it again!" Answer Kevin.

"Yes come in and help your friends inside!"

Kevin walked limply inside, he realized how hard it was to work, how hard it was to earn money. How can it be while living with his parents that he can relax and spend money without thinking. Kevin is very sorry.
