The Only Way Out Of This Is Coincidence

Axel realized that the only way to return to moving freely on the 49th floor was to kill the Gorgolith. He knew that by simply dodging and hiding, he would not be able to move forward. With determination, he decided to utilize his knowledge of the behavior and routes commonly taken by Gorgoliths.

For several days, Axel continued to monitor Gorgolith's movements. He noted the monster's movement patterns, the times when the Gorgoliths patrolled, and the places it frequently visited. Axel paid attention to every little detail, looking for loopholes he could exploit to create an effective trap.

With a deeper understanding of the monster, Axel began to prepare traps. He chose a strategic location, a narrow intersection where Gorgolith often passed. This place will make it difficult for the monster to move freely and allow Axel to launch focused attacks.

Axel gathered the materials he needed: strong rope, spiked traps he found from the corpses of previous monsters, and some large rocks that he could use as barriers or makeshift weapons. He worked carefully, making sure every detail of his plan was well planned.

After several days of careful preparation, the trap was finally ready. Axel set the trap carefully, placing trap ropes along the route that Gorgolith often took. He also hid a spiked trap behind some boulders, ready to trap the monster when it was in the right position.

With everything ready, Axel got into position and waited. His heart pounded as he heard the Gorgolith's heavy footsteps approaching. He knew that this was the moment of reckoning. If the trap was successful, he would have a chance to paralyze the monster and continue his adventure on the 49th floor.

Axel held his breath, preparing himself to face the Gorgolith that would soon be caught in the trap he had carefully prepared. All the efforts and preparations he made would soon be put to the test. He only had one chance, and he was determined not to waste it.

Axel waited behind a large rock, he held his breath, listening to the heavy steps of the Gorgolith getting closer. The sound of the huge monster's breathing echoed in the narrow passage, its every step shaking the ground beneath it. Axel could feel his heartbeat speed up, but he tried to maintain his composure.

Finally, the huge figure of Gorgolith appeared at the end of the passage. The monster moved slowly, each step creating vibrations on the floor. Axel held his breath, waiting for the right moment. The gorgolith approached the first trap site, and as it stepped forward, the hidden trap ropes activated.

The strong ropes entangled Gorgolith's legs, making the monster stumble and fall with a roar that echoed throughout the floor. Gorgolith struggled, trying to get free, but the thorny trap that Axel was hiding stuck deep into his body. Blood began to flow from the open wounds, adding to Gorgolith's fury.

"This is it," Axel whispered to himself, leaping out of hiding with his sword in hand. With a focused attack, he thrust his sword into the weak spots on the Gorgolith's body that he had observed during monitoring. The first attack hit the monster's shoulder, making it roar in pain and flail its huge claws.

Axel dodged quickly, avoiding Gorgolith's angry counterattack. He planted both feet firmly on the ground, aiming his next attack at the monster's softer stomach. Axel's sword penetrated the Gorgolith's flesh, drawing out thick black blood. The monster roared again, its voice echoing throughout the hall.

However, Gorgolith did not give up easily. The monster struggled harder, managed to free one leg from the trap rope and attacked Axel with its large claws. Axel dodged nimbly, jumping to the side and turning to attack again. Every movement was filled with incredible tension and courage.

Axel continued to launch attack after attack, each swing of his sword filled with determination. Attack after attack hit Gorgolith's body, creating more and more wounds. Axel's breathing started to become labored, but he didn't give Gorgolith a chance to recover. Every attack is a struggle for survival.

Finally, after a series of brutal attacks, Gorgolith fell to the ground, no longer able to fight back. The monster's breath was ragged, its big eyes began to lose the light of life.

Axel, out of breath, immediately walked away from the monster's corpse. However, when he had only taken a few steps, a low growl made him stop immediately. He turned his head and saw a terrible scene. The Gorgolith figure that was supposed to be lying on the ground started to move. The monster's huge body shook, and slowly its skin color turned deep red.

"Berserk Mode!" Axel was surprised to see this. He felt adrenaline starting to fill his body again. The gorgolith, with its eyes now glowing red, let out a powerful roar that echoed throughout the dungeon floor.

Without giving Axel time to think, Gorgolith lunged forward at incredible speed. Axel only had a little time to dodge. He rolled to the side, avoiding the deadly blow that hit the wall, causing boulders to fall and dust to fly through the air.

Axel immediately got up, his eyes searching for a gap. "I have to hurry. Otherwise, I'll end up here," he thought. Nimbly, he used his item box skill and took out his dagger and put away his sword. he swung the dagger towards the Gorgolith's leg, trying to injure the tendon to limit its movement. However, the monster's thick skin was almost like steel, making the dagger he held tightly only leave shallow scratches.

"Damn, too shallow." Said Axel who saw that.

Gorgolith swung his big claws again. Axel jumped back, but this time he couldn't completely dodge. The sharp claws slashed his left shoulder, causing fresh blood to flow. The piercing pain made Axel wince, but he couldn't stop. He jumped to the side, trying to stay out of the Gorgolith's reach.

Axel knew he needed to find another way. He recalled the trap he had prepared. "This is the only way," he muttered hoarsely. With astonishing speed, he ran towards the trap, trying to lure the Gorgolith to follow him.

Gorgolith, in berserk mode, didn't have much sense to be careful. He only saw his prey in front of his eyes and continued to chase Axel angrily. Axel ran with all his strength, blood from his wound dripping along the way, leaving a red trail on the ground.

After a while, Axel arrived at the location of the trap he had prepared. He jumps over a hidden rope, and when the Gorgolith steps on it, the trap activates. A large number of sharp wooden sticks hidden in the ceiling fell at high speed, embedding themselves into the Gorgolith's body. The monster let out a terrifying roar as the wooden rods penetrated its skin and flesh.

However, despite being seriously injured, Gorgolith still did not give up. With his remaining strength, he jumped towards Axel, who managed to dodge with his last jump. Gorgolith finally fell to the ground, its huge body crashing into another trap that Axel had prepared. This time, metal spears penetrated the monster's body from multiple directions, ensuring that it would not rise again.

Axel fell to the ground, his breath ragged, his whole body shaking with exhaustion and adrenaline. He looked at Gorgolith's lifeless body with deep relief. "I did it," he muttered softly, before finally collapsing from exhaustion and blood loss.
