[Final Scenario - Try not to get the world destroyed.]
[Objective: Survive against five world-level bosses. The first will come on the 20th day, the second on the 40th, and so on.]
[Penalty: World Destruction.]
[Time Remaining: 100 days.]
Looking at the panel in front of him, Lucius sighed deeply, furrowing his eyebrows.
"It wasn't a joke after all... and there isn't a reward to begin with or something that my skill could see if it was hidden."
"Papa!" But soon, his thoughts were interrupted by a happy cheerful voice.
He looked to his right and felt a small weight press against his chest as two pairs of small legs wrapped around his back.
"Little lady," he mustered a small smile as he patted her head dotingly.
And accompanying her, was obviously Jane who only smiled at their interaction before giving him a small kiss on the cheek.
"Did you already see the new scenario?" she asked, pointing at the panel in front of her.
Lucius only nodded, "Yup... if we survive this scenario, Earth should return to its natural state, and will go back to normal."
"I'll probably go back to being a normal university student,"
"A normal university student?" Jane repeated his words, "Wait?! How old are you?!" she asked in shock.
"Me?" Lucius blinked twice, "I'm nineteen."
"WHAT?! Did I just fall in love with a kid?" Jane muttered to himself before turning to Lucius, "How are you nineteen?! Your face is much more mature!"
"Appearances can be deceiving, I guess..." Lucius smiled faintly, and then added in a teasing tone: "But don't worry! I'm into older women."
"Ahah..." she furrowed her eyebrows, "The important is that I am still alive..." she added as leaned her head against Lucius' shoulder.
"Haaah... haaah... mnyah..."
"Pff..." Both Lucius and Jane held their laugh.
After all, Bianca had entered her hibernation mode. Seeing her peaceful sleeping face, Lucius couldn't help but smile.
Despite his cold heart, he grew quite fond of Bianca and even Jane.
And for now, he just wanted to have peace...
'One hundred days... huh.' the light of his eyes diminished.

Meanwhile,
Alaine was currently gathering even more allies than before because she had already experienced this final scenario a lot of times.
But, she never could reach the last boss because Lucius would always kill her before it reached the 100th day.
"Fuck... Both Daniel and Maria actually died. This will ruin a lot of my plans!" she clenched her fists before her gaze landed on a few hundred people that she had gathered.
All of them had quite a high affinity for mana, and she was currently teaching them so they could help her against the bosses.
To her, the first two bosses were quite easy, nothing that difficult, but after them, it was simply going to be hell dealing with the next ones.
"Ms Alaine!" A manly voice called out to her.
She turned around and saw a burly man waving his hand at her with a small smile.
"Rodri, you're finally here!" she smiled faintly.
"Yeah, it took a while, but I've brought much more people! I managed to convince them, and when the new scenario appeared, they finally followed me." Rodri replied, explaining the situation.
"But, how are we going to deal with the food and water? It's a lot of people," he asked with a confused expression.
Sure, he understood that Alaien needed a lot of people to help her deal with the bosses. But, how would she feed all of them?
"Ah, don't worry about that. The shop is fully unlocked and now, you can even buy food from it with just a few coins, nothing too expensive."
"Really?" Rodri exclaimed as he opened the shop.
And to his surprise, there were all kinds of foods in the shop, and the price was quite cheap since their level was high enough to deal with the creatures roaming around the world.
"That's great! But how are you going to train all of these at the same time...?"
"Don't worry about it." Alaine smiled before turning to the crowd.
"Listen up everyone! Right now, I'm going to make all of you train your mana control and capacity, so listen carefully!" she shouted loudly, gathering the attention of everyone.
"In front of you, there's a small mana doll and that will be your teacher for the rest of the training! That same mana doll will teach you a mana circulation technique that helps you increase your mana attribute every day, so make sure to study!"
"And also, for those who are non-mages, there's a battlefield filled with mana dolls that will help your fighting skills, so don't be scared and go all out!"
"And finally, if you are wondering about the food, now its available in the shop! So, if you want food you need to work for it by killing monsters and gathering star coins!"
"AM I CLEAR?!" Alane gave a last shout that echoed through the whole crowd.
"YES, SIR!"
The crow shouted in response as if they were in the military.
"Woah... that's quite the battle cry," Rodri shook his head with a smile, "How come I didn't know that you had this kind of leadership?"
"Well... it's a secret," Alaine smiled, putting her index finger close to her lips.
"Now, you also need to train! Don't you dare slack off!"
"YES, SIR!" Rodri teasingly replied and hurried to one of the training grounds.
Alaine was left alone, and she couldn't help but clench her fist tightly.
From all the hundreds of rounds she had passed through, this one was obviously the worst one.
She had lost two of the strongest allies she could get, and Lucius wasn't even next to her.
Instead, he had gotten strong enough to battle against her and even got Bianca, who was supposed to be her team's main attack dealer.
"Haah... in these nineteen days, I'll make sure to make everyone's stats reach at least the one-thousandth mark!"
"And that starts with this..."

"Now... I should also continue with my training."
