"Every year, the examiner and the exams content changes, and the examiners are the new ones who choose the new content." Tompa said.

"The devil himself could pass, if it were the examiner's determination." Tompa said.

"That's just how hunter exam works." Tompa said.

"Anyway no one likes him." Tompa said.

"You should stay away too." Tompa said.

"He looks dangerous. That much is for sure." Leorio said.

"Oh, right. Do you want to have a drink I brought." Tompa asked.

"No we pass." Gen said.

"Why? Gon asked.

"We don't know him. He could have poisoned the drink or something else." Gen said.

"Gen is right. We should be extra careful in the hunter exams." Kurapika said.

"Oh okay." Tompa said while he walked away.

"He sure was talkative old man." Leorio said.
