Chapter 1

In a dark room, Victor Baker lay on a bed in utter bewilderment. His gaze lay in the direction of a futuristic-looking floating screen.

The screen seems to glow with a weak light indicating its existence

Victor was puzzled because he had never seen a screen so flat, it looked like a hologram from SCi-Fi Movies. But technology of such a high level shouldn't be possible on Earth.

Was he transmigrated?

Victor spent the next 30 Minutes organizing his fragmented memories in his head. After he was finished, he realized his current predicament.

He didn't transmigrate to the past or into another Universe...he stepped into the future.

Two thousand years in the future.

The Human Race had developed warp drives and left their marks throughout the Milky Way Galaxy. They even ventured outside and explored nearby galaxies.

During their exploration of the Milky Way, human explorers came across countless universal Races. Interracial alliances were forged with amicable races and intergalactic wars with violent Races.

There wasn't any difference from when Victor was on Earth. Humanity was still managed through Politics but with more focus on violence. After all, the opponents were no longer human.

Humanity had to band together to survive in this cosmos full of the unknown.

During their Battles with the Different Races, Humans noticed that, other than technology, the stronger civilizations tended to be physically and mentally stronger.

Human bodies were like undeveloped infants to these stronger civilizations. If you fell behind, you would get beaten.

If Humanity hadn't sought out the protection of the Elven Race with whom they had a friendly relationship, humans would've gone extinct in War.

After going through a series of reflections, humans finally realized the hidden potential that all living beings had.

"Spiritual Energie" or Spirit Chi spread across the universe. It couldn't be seen or felt. However, the body and spirit were able to sense it. During the Earth's age, it was called Immortal Qi.

Devouring spirit chi, empowering oneself, and the evolution of life itself had become the most crucial project to the Human Federation and was written in the Human Constitution.

Thus, Martial arts became prevalent.

Talented young People all hoped to become Martial artists and gain strong powers, Freedom, and even eternal life. Witch has always been a Dream to hotblooded young martial trainees.

The Predecessor "Victor's" past life was like this.

...

Dieing due to his desperation.

He was in the final preparation Phase of High School. His Martial arts level had reached that which was needed for the Exams. But he was not satisfied with getting into a bottom University.

To get into the best Martial arts University, he cultivated nonstop day and night. This led his Chi Path to become incredibly damaged indirectly causing his body's breakdown. That resulted in his swift death.

He wasn't a man who ate more than he could chew, nor did he have a girlfriend break up with him. Victor was a simple martial arts maniac in his past life.

With his handsome looks and decent family background as well as medium-level Martial arts talent, quite a lot of girls had a positive view of him. Some even liked him in secret.

However, martial arts was his Life.

He didn't offend any "young masters" and get ambushed; he wasn't dumb. Neither did he offend a "powerhouse".

It should be mentioned, that in that day and age, security in cities was much better than in the ancient times of Earth. Why would some tycoon waste their own time to get rid of a small kid? He didn't have any family feud or a desire for revenge.

Victor was just an ordinary member of society, a very ordinary person.

He had nice parents, a good family, and a cute little sister…

"Ha... so this is it? I must take good care of my parents and my little sister. And do my best to make them happy."

Cough. Not everyone was able to become a powerful and revered martial artist.

Although he had sky-high aspirations in his past life, his God-given talent was simply too ordinary to go through with them.

God-given talent because Gods and Immortals did exist. They gave humanity other ways to gain strength than through Martial arts. The Gods showed themselves after thousands of years, because of the after-effects of a long, secret War with the otherworldly Gods. To Humans, this War was known as Ragnarok, the biblical Apocalypse, etc.

It referred to this ancient War between the gods.

Life truly knows how to kick you in the mouth. If you had talent, was there a need to work until you die?

Victor was handsome, had a loving family, and a cute little sister. He truly was happy with his life. But that life had already passed, and now it's just getting started.

As for whether he could become a powerful Martial artist… If he became one, then he was lucky, if he did not, it was his fate to be ordinary. After all, planet Liang Ju, the planet he was on, was in the inner region of the federation.

His safety was secured even if he couldn't become a revered martial artist. This was already more than he could hope for.

Victor was very happy with the arrangements of the Transmigration God. If Fate wills it so and he dies again, he would see if he could give it a nice rating.

"yawnnn!

After organizing all the information, Victor was struck with fatigue, as he couldn't help yawning. This sudden transmigration surprised him quite a bit. After digesting the memories, his mind was tired.

He could think about the other details tomorrow after a good night's sleep.

Just like that, Victor closed his eyes as his consciousness drifted off.

Everything fell into darkness soon.

...

When Victor opened his eyes again, the clear blue sky was peaking through his Window. The sunlight shone warmly, through the windows of his room, on his face. Making him narrow his eyes in comfort.

A light breeze brushed past. He smelt the aroma of grass mixed with the earth, it helped to rouse his sleepy spirit.

The fresh air did make people miraculously feel good. Victor smiled.

His smile froze just as quickly as it rose. Wait, something doesn't seem to be right. He was lying on something that felt like grass and looking at the sky.

`Wasn't I sleeping in my Bed?´

Victor rushed to get up and looked around dazedly.

He was lying in a grassy field. The fresh grass still had morning dew on it, and glisters in the sun. As the wind blew, the grassy plain flowed like waves.

It was a great view, but why was he here?

Victor was stunned. Did he die again?

The Transmigration God must be working hard. If he is so hard-working he shouldn't even rate his services. The dream of having a house and a little sister puffed and changed into somewhere in the wilderness where survival isn't necessarily easy.

But the important question was should he eat grass for breakfast? Victor looked at the fresh grass glowing in the morning dew and thought speechlessly.

Although he wasn't hungry at the moment, it was good to think ahead. If the need arises shortly, he at least would like to be prepared.

Wait!

Victor's eyes suddenly lit up and he smiled confidently.

He must be dreaming! With that declaration, he pinched his leg hard.

"…"

Victor's smile became twisted. The huge pain made his mouth spasm uncontrollably. He had used too much force! There was no one here, why hurt yourself with such force?

It was his luck that it was simply the air watching otherwise he might have dug his own grave out of embarrassment. Now a little calm again he thought.

Did he transmigrate again? But he did not even get to experience what the future looked like, what a bummer.

At that moment Victor heard the leaves right behind him flutter. He had goosebumps all over his back as he turned around. "Fuck" He curst out of sheer surprise.

What did he see?

A red-eyed white rabbit! And not those cute-looking ones. The white rabbit was a bit strange. Its size wasn't like the rabbits you would normally see.

It was a one-meter-tall rabbit!

Looking at the giant-sized white rabbit, Luo Shin couldn't resist thinking. It should be alright for lunch if I removed its hide, right? No no how could he think about something like that!

The hide is still useful how could he waste it?
