Imminent Midnight

Jason and Rose entered the mountain.

As the darkness was almost overwhelming, Jason summoned a gentle flame that hovered slightly above his palm. The scarlet-red light filled the three meter area around them.

'That fire is quite powerful.' Rose could immediately tell the destructive power of that fire. 'He might be early System Master. Quite impressive. Lucius and Sariel are at peak of System Veteran and will most likely reach System Master this semester.'

Jason squinted his eyes as they headed deeper into the mountain. They had rocky walls all around them and a ceiling that formed a long, arc-shaped tunnel. 

However, soon enough, they saw the end of the path. There was a stone door that was tightly shut. There wasn't a door handle or knob, nor any ways to open it.
