Explaining Micheal's Powers

The following information is sourced from Superpower Wiki: 

Fictional Mimicry is the ability to duplicate and combine any power, technique, skill, and trait of fictional or non-existent characters. The user can mimic any fictional power, technique, skill, trait, or object of fictional or non-existent characters from various media or works of fiction, such as TV shows and movies. This power allows the user to learn and perform abilities like Kamehameha from Dragon Ball or copy the powers of The Beyonder from Marvel Comics, among others. The user can even mix the powers of multiple characters and use them according to their will, giving them the ability to become any character from Superman to Mother of Existence, or even a combination of both.

However, there's a twist to this power I created. Whenever Michael enters a new universe (which may involve multiverse travel in the future), he is unable to copy the powers of that universe so right now he can't copy any powers from the DC universe. Once Michael copies a power, he keeps it permanently, and it becomes a part of his abilities.
