Never in my life, had I thought that I would be back in a classroom again, listening to someone else teaching me something new. Idly tapping my pencil against the surface of my desk, I occasionally write down a few lines of text whenever something interesting comes up, never taking my eyes off the front.

Of course, this isn't exactly a normal middle school science class, because of co-

"Hey, can you keep it down?"

Quietly whispering next to me, I glance over to see my fellow pink-haired teleporter, a slight frown and an annoyed expression on her face. Her expression twitches slightly as her eyes meet my own blank look, her annoyed features growing slightly sharper.

Giving her a nod I quietly drop my pencil onto the desk, letting it roll slightly as I continue to focus on my education.

Anyway, the education here in academy city isn't exactly normal. As many know, Academy City is the home and birthplace of almost all of the esper in the world. Espers, powers are controlled by complex equations run in their computer-like brains.

So the whole point of the education system of academy city is not actually to educate anybody, but rather to grow the power of its espers.

Looking at this from a surface level, one would probably guess that academy city is simply trying to amass a force of supernatural soldiers for its own personal cain. But then again, the truth is oftentimes more complex than it seems. In actuality, Espers are simply another byproduct of Aleister Crowley's elusive goals...

(A/N; Aleister Crowley is the founder of academy city.... And I'm not going to explain his goals cause I don't exactly understand them either...)

Well anyway, espers require a much higher level of knowledge than normal people do to make their powers more effective, so instead of learning normal middle school things we are learning advanced theory for chemistry physics etc.

A thing I learned during my first day at school so far is that espers can pretty much use any information to enhance their abilities. Take me for example, despite the fact that I use a spacial ability that uses dimensional equations to function, information on physics and chemistry is still relatively useful. Being able to understand the chemical composition or the physics of the items that I'm teleporting allows me to figure out the way to most effectively transport them. In short, pretty much any information, no matter how useless, can be factored into our equations to be useful in some situations.

The equations that I'm using at the moment, which were provided by Nemu, are currently undergoing many changes, integrating the knowledge I'm gaining right now. Before my equations were very rudimentary and crude, which says a lot about the power of my ability, even after only half a day of classes my ability has probably already grown in effectiveness by a ton...

While getting more power is cool, that's not what I'm focused on right now...

'How do I get my ability to look cooler...?'

'Teleportation isn't flashy enough... Maybe I can alter my equations somehow to get some sort of special effects...?'

'Thinking about it, maybe some swirly effect would look cool... or maybe an aura of some sort?'

Getting lost in my thoughts, it's not long before classes end for the day, when something unexpected happens...

"Um... Lily... Would you like to come out with us... We were thinking of going to a new bakery... if you want to, of course!"

A group of girls had surrounded my desk, interrupting my fantasies. Looking up to the one who had asked me, I was about to answer when I was rudely interrupted.

"Actually, she'll be coming with me, I hope you don't mind."

With a calm smile, that certainly didn't reach her eyes, Kuroko approached from the right having just finished packing her bag.

"Of course, this official judgment business, so please understand."

As she says this she pulls out her Judgment armband, pinning it onto her sleeve. As the group of girls looks on, the one who had confronted me sighs, slightly dejected, and turns around as they start to walk away.

Glancing up at Kuroko,I tilt my head slightly, my lips turning down into a slight frown.

"Do you need something?"

Hearing this she finally turns her head to look down at me, her face morphing into something more exasperated as she lets out a sigh.

"Do you need anything...?"

Pausing for a moment she pinches the bridge of her nose, shaking her head as she lets out another sigh.

"You know, after your little show yesterday, my superior had us do a little research on you...And after learning that you haven't existed up until recently, and the fact that you're a level five, she had asked me to keep an eye on you."

As she continues her sentence, she crosses her arms over her chest, her face morphing into a glare and her voice developing into a slight scolding tone.

'Huh... i guess Hyde is a bit less sneaky than I thought she was...'

"So... you're going to follow me around?"

Mentioning her assigned task, her face changes, becoming more annoyed than it previously had.

"Yep, that's right... I have to follow you around till it's deemed you're not a threat to academy city..."

Listening to her, I start to pack up my own bag, standing up and slinging it over my shoulder as I start to walk towards the door of the classroom, Kuroko not to far behind me.

"Hm... Isn't it a bit pointless if... you tell me...?"

Hearing this, she tilts her head a bit, putting her finger up to her lip as if to think of something.

"Well maybe... But I really don't think you're that much of a threat... after all if anything goes wrong, Big Sis will take care of you!"

Hering her praise for her 'Big Sis' I sigh a bit in my heart, remembering her complete obsession with Misaka Mikoto...

Shrugging to myself, I decided to ignore her for now, making my through throughout the school building planning on heading... somewhere...

Well actually, I just plan on wasting as much of Kuroko's time as possible, I don't have much else to do after all.

'Huh... I wonder if that crepe stand is back open?'

Hello, mortals.

Are you proud of me? I managed to write about a small area of time, having the chapter consist mostly of inner dialogue! Ha, I'm amazing.

Anyway... I decided that Kuroko would call Misaka 'big sis', because she sure as hell isn't going to call her Onee-Sama or sissy (What the fuck were they thinking when they dubbed that in?).

Uhm, that's all I guess.

Please leave a comment and power stone if you read the chapter, I don't really care if you enjoyed it or not... who am I kidding, you definitely enjoyed it...

Alright
