-and now I'm level ten. Anyways I killed a bunch of shit, and I'm ready to evolve and then move onto the forest.

So, like the good girl I am, I start making my way back to the log, ignoring the trail of small fish corpses left behind me.

I, 'wouldn't', have genocided all those shitty fish if I didn't have to buuuuttt...

There's no higher level fish sooooo.... Can't be helped, right?

I mean, it's not I killed all the lower levels first so I could murder more of them, no I totally didn't get that level up notification half a day ago, what do you mean there's no more fi-

So I make it back to the log, quickly asking big man to show me my evolutions while floating down to the bottom of the log.

Small Scout Hyper Fish

The scout variant of the hyper fish is a perception type. It specializes in information gathering, spying, assassination and other covert operations. It sacrifices its magic capability for a lower presence.]

'Aya aya, what's with all of these extremely specialized evolutions? I don't want to be a magical cannon or a fricking... Uhm... Scout... Alright alright, Reaper I is!'

So basically, I'm fast.

*voom*

Right now, it's after my evolution, and I'm testing my new speed, consisting my self with hyper energy, and I'm like pretty fast? I wouldn't know how to put it in numbers, but it's certainly not slow.

With my new evolution, I changed again. Right now I'm really long, like around two meters, yet I haven't gained any height or width so I'm relatively thin. My fins have grown longer with my body and not much else has changed. One new addition though, on the sides of my mouth I have blades now, like the ones I made with my energy, they seem to be highly conductive with energy too.

I can feel my core brimming with energy, probably the upgrade in magic, although I can also feel the effects of a decrease in my vitality and strength.

I can't help but wonder how fast I'd be if I got the scout evolution, probably twice as fast as now? I'm not sure how the increase with evolution works, if they are a flat increase, or what.

'Hmm, that evolution made me... Hungry.'

I drift out of the log, fitting nicely as the only increase in size was my length, and look around for someone to eat.

Spotting a few fish rabbits, that seemed to come out of hiding when I went to evolve, I quickly dart at them, my lengthy body trailing behind me.

Deciding to play around with the little rabbits, I twist my body coiling it in on itself becoming a fish tube. After coiling myself up I try to see how my energy manipulation is doing with my new evolution.

*SHING*

On the inside of the coil, multitudes of sharp vibrating blades appear, rapidly moving around on the inside creating a tube of death.

Abandoning normal movements, I instead opt to move using hydromotion.

With a twist in the surrounding water, I get shot forward before the fish-rabbits can even know what hit them.

*SHRIIIIIII*

A shrill noise is let out, and then all the habits are dead. Before they could even react to my attack I already got all four of them with my superior speed.

Looking at the fish paste that's floating in the water, I sigh to myself before going up to them, hoping it doesn't taste too bad.

Finishing up my meal I make my way to the entrance to the forest path, only slightly displeased with my food.

Sitting in front of the forest pathway, I see nothing out of the ordinary. The path goes forward a couple of dozen meters before splitting off left and right.

I easily cross till the split in the path, deciding to go to the right.

This seems to be a decent choice, as after a few twists and turns, I find myself something interesting only a few minutes later.

Standing in front of me is a large statue, it's around the height of an adult human while it's about the length and width of an average shower. The statue is of a fish, with its tail fin facing downward, and its head facing forward looking slightly up and to the right.

In the middle of the forehead of the statue is a magnificent light blue and pink gem.

Although, I would normally say that this statue is completely normal... Something about this statue stirs something in me... I think it might be the gem...

Before I can think any further though, a sudden shift in the currents, as well as a rustle in the nearby trees, alert me of something.

With no hesitation I rapidly turn my body around while backing up towards the dead end where the statue is located, just in time as well, as a lethal strike impacts my last location, causing dust to rise.

I wait intensely for the dust to settle, ready for any attacks from my opponent, yet none seem to come as the dust slowly comes down.

Not long later, the dust reveals a figure, a figure of something quite strange.

All my previous opponents have been fish of some kind but this...

The creature in front of me has the top half of a brown bear, while it's bottom half is a red scaled fish tail, almost like... This thing is...

Well basically, after a comment someone left I was thinking of what kind of person the mc will be...

And sorry to disappoint but she won't be evil... Well not the evil your thinking of...

Basically I'm making MC a scumbag/Asshole. If anything she's questionably neutral leaning towards questionably good.
