Kayla's POV

/"I can't believe the break is up already,/" Jasmine said sighing heavily. It was currently Sunday night and she was on her bed laying on her stomach. Her head was rested on her folded arm and her foot was in the air. I was sitting on my bed with my back against the wall.

/"I can't believe either,/" I replied. The week flew by really fast and now we were scheduled to go back to classes tomorrow.

Jasmine and I were quiet for a while before she said. /"At least we have the sorority's charity event and ball to look forward to./"

/"Oh yeah, I forgot about that. It's this Saturday, right?/"

/"Yes. I'm actually looking forward to it. I hope we raise more funds than last year./"
