Chapter 16

Jamie poured himself a glass of wine. He stared far off, as a distant memory clouded his mind.

He rubbed his forehead, as his mind recollected some memories he shared with Mr. Gray.

Clenching his fist, he dropped his glass on the table and walked away. The moment he sat on the couch, Robb came strolling in.

Jamie's jaw hardened. He was so stunned to find Robb in his house. He has been so reluctant to send him away but after what happened with Anastasia, he would.

No matter how hard he tries not to point fingers at Robb concerning the whole conspiracy, his fingers keep pulling themselves to Robb like a magnet.

Robb walked straight to Abandoned wine and glass and poured two glasses. He walked over to Jamie with a blunt expression.

"Let's have a drink," he proposed. "We haven't had one in a long time, have we?"

Jamie's eyes traced the glass lazily. He stared at it for a while, before lazily accepting the glass.
