The Falling Over

I walked the way to the grocery store , thinking about all that has happen in the last few days. And I still can't believe all that happened in just a few days.

The problem with Si Yihan is getting bigger and bigger. The small encounter has escalated to something big but then who knew I would actually stumble upon him after jumping into that balcony.

If I knew that it was his room , I would have rather fought with those goons. I would have easily thwarted them off considering they were just normal goons and not some martial arts experts and even then, that would have not been the matter. The thing with all this situation was that I was too god damn tired to fight.

I hadn't had proper sleep in days due to the task at hand. I thought evading them would be lot faster than actually beating them up, but it all went down the hill and now I am stuck in this mess.

Damn my luck!!

I reached the grocery store which was just seven blocks away from my apartment building. The grocery store came into view but I was still nowhere near any solution for my problem.

I sighed and randomly took a look around , when my eyes fell down on a boy getting beaten up by a few people.

They are a little in the dark corner so I can't see clearly but they are definitely beating him and then they dragged him into the alleyway behind them.

I already started walking in that direction before I even realise it.

"Hey, What are you guys doing?!" I exclaimed and started running while speaking and reached them as they entered the alleyway.

They looked up at me and one of them sneered and spat , "Get lost. This doesn't concern you!"

"Stop it! What are you doing with him. Leave him the hell alone." I shouted and sprinted to them trying to break them apart.

But they intercepted me and pushed me back. I fell hard on the concrete, my bum felt sore and my hands got scraped due to the impact.

I don't know who the person they are beating is, but whoever it may be , this looks bad. There is already a lot of blood and if they continued any longer they may kill him off. And I can't let it happen....So , I am left with no other option but to knock these punks off.

I stood up from the ground and dusted my hands off and shot them all a cold glance.

"Well now you have seriously pissed me off. Before this I would have let you go, but now....", I smirked as I felt a wicked sense of humour shoot through me , as I took a count of them. There are seven people and they seem barely enough to release my anger on.

I cracked my knuckles, as it had been a while since I got into any action considering the oath I have taken from such fights.

I advanced towards them with fluency and let go of all the inhibitions. I curled my fist and packed all of my anger into that punch as it landed squarely on the first man who came across me and he got knocked onto his ass.

The others followed him as they came at me altogether at once. I twisted the hand that came at me and the other one by blocking his fist and pulling at him by his hand instead. Holding each of them with their arms , I banged them on each other and a few cracking sounds followed, as they howled their pain off.

The other four went down in quick succession and I realised that I am feeling still very angry. But I can't take that out on this lot , otherwise they might actually die and so I warned them threateningly , "Don't show me your face ever again. Now Scramble!!!!"

They apologized and uttered some gibberish before scurrying off.

I looked at the only man left behind , who was also watching me from the side. He seems familiar. But since it is dark I am not able to see clearly.

"Are you alright? Did they broke anything?"I reached him and sat on one leg in front of him to clearly see his injuries.

There are Multiple and they do look bad.

"I think we might need to take you to the hospital. Here take my hand , I'll drop you there." I offered him my hand and he took it only after staring at it for a minute.

Just when I thought that I might have to force him to take it , he held it. I pulled him and supported him out of the alleyway.

The light allowing me a clear vision and I turned to look at the man , I recognised him instantly. And by the look in his eyes , he did too.

"It's you" , we both exclaimed simultaneously.

""You are Mu linhao right?! I think we share the same class. You too go to Qianhao University, right?!" I have seen him in my university often.

"And you are Bai Xi right?"

"yes , it's. me only",

"Thanks for saving me. You were a true hero there. I owe you my life." He got really serious with his thank you and I grew uncomfortable as I am not used to hearing compliments

I got all awkward for a second , so I changed the topic and asked him ,"Are you able to walk? We have to take you to the hospital . Good thing it is not far away from here."

"Yeah , I do" he winced as he said that. I made him sit on the bench nearby before going to look for the cab.

We hailed one and went to the hospital together.
