His Crazy Luna

Nolan lost his parent and was attacked by some Rogues. He was saved by a group of warriors, led by a young girl in a mask. He could feel the connection and is sure she's his mate. She left before he could say a word. A few years later, he became the ruthless and most feared alpha, and yet he is the kindest of all alpha. How he kept both characteristics were unknown to many. Nobody knows him as the ruthless alpha because of his mask. He was gentle in the money and ruthless at night. The only thing that connected him to his ruthless self is the fact that they both have no mate. What happens when fate brought him and his mate together and he got rejected by her. She doesn't love him but she is madly in love with the ruthless alpha. ** I smirked. "So, funny you're my mate" She hissed. "And so?" I batted my lashes. This girl has got guts. I hid my anger already building up. I lean on her locker and she growled. I smirked. I love to see her get angry. "That makes you mine" She chuckled but suddenly stopped. She folded her hands and glared at me. "And who told you that?" "I know so. You've been chosen as my mate by the moon goddess" She laughed. "Sorry to burst your bubbles mister, I reject you!!". I batted my lashes. Did she just reject me in public?. She turned to leave. I watched her walk away and I stood rooted to a spot. It's so surprising I got rejected by my mate. Male alphas are known to reject their mates but in my case, I am the alpha who got rejected by his mate.

Mountain pack to the rescue

NOLAN

I returned to the fire packhouse after saying goodbye to Olive's mother. When I got home, Nigel was waiting in my room. "Were you able to bring her back?" Nigel asked without letting me sit down.

"No"

"What?. Why?. Did she say no?"

I pulled off my jacket and sat down on my bed. "I did not meet her. Her mom said she left for her uncle's pack this morning"

"Did she tell you why she left?. I mean did Olive's mom tell you why Olive have to leave for her uncle's pack?"

"No. She only said she was in a hurry. She must have left in haste because she knew we might come to see her. I told you she doesn't care"

He sighed and sat down beside me. "She cares. I can tell you that. I have seen it. She cares so much about you. But she needs time. She will come around, you don't have to worry"

"I hope it's not too late when she decides to come back"

He smiled. "It won't be late". He stood up. "I will let Bella and Ella know Olive left the mountain pack"

I nodded. When he made to leave, I stopped him. "Nigel, do you think Bella will forgive me?"

He nodded. "She will. She just needs time to get over it. She will come around and so is Ella"

I sighed. "Thanks, Nigel. Thanks for being here for me"

"I'm your beta. I should always be ok the lookout for you". I sighed. He doesn't see me as his best friend anymore. "I will leave now," he said and left.

I lie down on my bed. Why is everyone acting all strange?. Why are they all avoiding and ignoring me?. I stood up and walked towards my wardrobe. I began to bring out some of my clothes. I will be leaving the packhouse. I think I need some space. I needed space to think. I will go over to the warehouse and stay for a while until I find a way of bringing everyone back to the way we use to be.

**

I told Nigel was going on a short trip and will not be returning soon. I told him I needed time to think. With the recent things happening now, I need to find a way to bring everyone back. To return everything to normal. He tried to pursue me to stay back but I was adamant. "I need to leave. Just stay care of the pack and everyone"

"But Nolan, leaving won't solve anything. You know that"

I shrugged. "It will help a lot"

He sighed. "Take care of yourself. And please don't do anything nasty"

"I won't, that I promise but don't bother calling me too"

"But..."

"Just don't call me. And no one needs to know I am not close by. You have to keep it a secret"

"Nolan..."

"What?"

He groaned. "Just suit yourself"

"Whatever" I mumbled and finally left through my secret passage. As I drove to the warehouse, I wondered what Olive would be doing at her uncle's pack. Does she miss me at all? I wondered. I decided to shrug off the feeling and focus on my driving.

When I got to the warehouse, Martin and Arden were waiting for me. They were happy to see me once more. "It's good to see you again boss," Martin said

"It's good to see you too" I answered. Martin took my bag from me and took inside while I took a stroll. I was a few meters away from the warehouse when I received a call from Nigel. I wondered why he called when I already told him I would be away for a while and won't be returning anytime soon.

I ignored his calls but he kept calling, so I decided to pick up the call. "Why do you keep calling when I told you not to"

"I've got an important message to give. You should have picked up at the second ring"

I scoffed. "What's the message?"

"There is a rumor that the mountain pack is under attack"

"Attack?" I yelled. "By whom?. Salvador?"

"I don't know yet. It's still a rumor though. But we are going there with some warriors to confirm. You should leave wherever you are now and join us"

I sighed. "Sure. I will. Call me if there is any information"

"Ok"

The call ended and I returned to the warehouse. Arden was waiting for me when I got back. "Should I prepare your bath?" He asked

"That won't be necessary. Call me Martin and you, get the boys ready. We are going to the mountain pack. I heard they are under attack"

"Under attack. That seems strange. I did not get any information on that. Did they say who had attacked them?"

"No. It's still considered a rumor but we need to act fast just in case it's true"

He nodded in agreement. "I will get Martin and also get the boys ready"

"Tell him to meet me in my room. I need to get dressed"

"You're going as the ruthless alpha?" He asked in surprise

I shrugged. That won't be a bad idea though, but no I won't go as the ruthless alpha but as Nolan, their daughter's mate. "No. I am going as Nolan. She's my mate. I should go rescue them not as the ruthless alpha but as the gentle person they know me as"

He nodded in agreement. "I will be right back"

He turned to leave but I stopped him. "Just a few warriors, please. The trusted one"

"I understand" he answered and finally left

I returned to my room to get ready. Martin came to my room some minutes later. "You sent for me, boss"

"There is a piece of news on an attack on the mountain packs. Did you have any information about it?"

"One of my informants called me on that. He said they were attacked some hours after you left"

I batted my lashes. After I left?. No one knew I went there except Nigel. How come Martin knew. "How did your informant know I was there?"

"He found out from one of the guards who had escaped"

"The attack is real?"

He nodded. "Yes. They must have planned it for a long time and you disrupted it with your visit. They had to wait until you left"

I frowned. Who dare attack my inlaw's pack. "Is it Salvador?"

"I doubt. If it's Salvador, he would have" attacked even in your presence

I nodded. He was right. Salvador would attack with or without me. "I asked Arden to get the boys ready. Are they ready?"

"Yes"

I sighed. "Let's go but remember, you don't know me and I don't know you"

He nodded. "We are just there to help"

"Good"

**

On getting to the mountain pack territory, the pack was in great chaos. We must have gotten there so late. And I could tell the attack was a prearranged one. Most of the buildings have been brought down. I walked slowly, checking out the places. I should have come earlier. I should have picked Nigel's call at the first ring and gotten here early enough to save them. I looked around for Nigel but I did not see him. Some people were tightened up. Though they were able to catch some of the people that had, attack them, the harm had already been done. They seems to have planned the attack for a long time but I couldn't help but wondered why they had to attack the pack. The pack was known to be peaceful. They were also known to have if not the best warriors, but one of the best warriors. I looked at the faces of those tightened but none was familiar to me.

I needed to look for Nigel to know what is happening. Without wasting time, I gave Martins and Arden some instructions and finally split. I went in search of Nigel. With luck on my side, I saw him at the packhouse. With the look on his face, I could tell something was wrong. Ella and Bella were crying. I hastened my footsteps, wondering what was wrong. "W-what's wrong," I asked when I got closer

Nigel turned and sighed. "We came so late. We lost Olive's parent"

I batted my lashes. "You lost who?"

"They attacked without their knowledge. I guess there is an insider"

"How many lives were lost?"

"They are many"

"And Ella's parents?. We lost her dad but her mom"

"Olive's dad died trying to save my mom" Ella answered in tears

I brushed my hair backward. This shouldn't have happened. Not now. "Where are my parents?" Someone said from behind. From the voice, I could tell it was Olive. I turned. She was standing in front of me, her eyes red like bloodshed. "W-where are my parents!!!" She yelled

Her uncle held her back and I watched her weep in sorrow. I should have suspected when I came. I should have waited a little longer. I should have picked Nigel's call a little longer. "Did you know the people that attacked?" I asked Nigel.

he sighed. "I-it's Salvador"

S-Salvador?!. I moved backward. Why did he attack the mountain pack?. Did he attack the pack because of me?. Did I put this innocent pack into trouble?. Different thoughts ran through my mind and I wept. Because of me, I got the innocent pack into trouble. I shouldn't have gotten involved with this pack in the first place. I should have rejected her. If I had, this wouldn't have happened!!!.
