Benedito's hands gently massaged my lower back as I bent forward. Even though he gave me massages all the time I felt he put in more effort because we were a group and he wanted to impress. 

"Okay then bend the mums slightly forward so they can stretch out their hips and pelvis to make more room for the baby," Susan went around the room showing the Dad's; which did not include me since apparently I was a mum, how to bend us forward. 

As Benedito bent me forward with her guidance I felt my face flush as my stomach turned. "Benedito, you bending me forward too much."

"Bobby, it's best for your hips in your position. Remember a person's hips spread to accommodate a baby head," she explained. "Therefore you need to start stretching to help lessen the pain for yourself."
