I took my usual seat in the centre of the room, my hands automatically coming to cover my stomach where my pups were resting. It's been a week now since my talk with Tabitha but I still haven't told Nickolai. I was planning on doing so when he came back from his Coven meeting last week but when I got back to the house he wasn't back and vampires were crawling all over the place. Since then things have been a little hectic. I don't think Nickolai realized how much work he'd have on his hands when he decided to step up and take control of the vampire nation. He had explained to me that he was going to use his position to draw out Annabelle and once she was taken care of he and I would go wherever I wanted and start our lives together. Sebastian and Creed were to rule side by side in his absence.
