Chapter 1

*Chapter one*

On a bright sunny day, Nina is seen with Freddy under the shade of a tree which has brightly colored leaves around it. They were having their usual fight and argument, it is said that every relationship has its ups and downs, but important thing is that they resolve things before going to bed, well as "They" said. But there was something about this argument, this one seemed extreme, it had gone far already.

Far from that Nina and Freddy's relationship is safe to call it a toxic one, They're in love with eachother but never settled to resolve their issues, rather they resolved with s*x, well we all know how such relationship would be like.

Both of them having trust issues, poor communication skills and clearly lack of understanding. Something about Freddy giving her his word of remaining loyal to her, well didn't seem to be enough for her.

'you always have something to say against me, blaming me for the reason why this relationship is no longer how it used to be, that's bad of you!' Freddy said out to Nina, he was already getting tired of the whole drama. 

'well everything happening is your fault, try harder to save your relationship!' Nina talked back, already more furious than before, she hated when they had to fight, in fact they both hated it.

'is there anything I do that you ever appreciate?!..you.. keep finding fault in whatever I do, it's choking me!. Please!'

Those words came from a deep place, Freddy meant all he said at this point,

'you know I could leave you, right?, if your tired then I would go!'. Nina had to say something after a minute of silence, she didn't mean what she said about going and that would really hurt her, but here she was saying what she wasn't supposed to say.

Freddy looked up at her and nodded his head in agreement with what she said ,

'Then Nina, go!... you have to go and find someone you want, find whatever your looking for in your type of man because I'm tired!' Freddy said all these with hurt in his voice and Nina could feel that, he meant everything he said. Every word that he said to her broke her heart into thousand pieces, she wasn't expecting that reply from him, at that point she just realized how serious it became, but there's no going back is there?..

'yes, I will go and I won't come back " she managed to say, her mind was already thinking far, what was in Freddy's head right now, she wondered if he meant this one, Nina turned her face to the other side, then gave a sigh. After some moment Freddy moved towards her 'alright then, as you wish'. They made eye contact, she had a lot but held everything, her eyes were full at this point, tears struggling with eachother, she stormed out immediately.

The next day, Freddy was home with this younger brother, Harrison. Harrison was also like Freddy, cute tall and dark skinned. They were close and shared everything together.

"Yo, I finally got this deal with a business company, the money is massive, mehn.!" Harrison screams with a whole joy in his voice.

"Wow, that's great mehn!" Freddy gave him a warm smile showing his joy for his success.

"This calls for a celebration don't you think?. I mean I've been applying for this company for a while now and finally I have been accepted!" Harrison suggested for a small gathering party.

"Call Nina, I would love for her to join us" . Immediately Freddy's smile disappeared.

It was obvious Freddy hadn't told Harris about his current break up with Nina.

"No, she isn't coming!"

"Why, wassup?!" Harrison wasn't understanding Freddy's sudden switch up. Freddy didn't reply so Harrison just figured it out himself. 

"Oh, you both had a fight again?!"

Harrison said, because he knew that could only be it .

"Freddy you have to settle things with her so she would come"

"We would invite some of your other friends and the party would be cool, okay?!" Freddy said to him.

Freddy sounded serious this time around and Harrison knew it.

Freddy is a type of man that you can safely say his every woman's type of man but his pride would make you hate him.

"I'm not surprised, you both would still come back together " Harrison said while eating his chips and expecting Freddy to reply.

"Not this time, I can't go on with her and that's it!" Freddy sounded so pained right now.

"But ----"

"But nothing, I have made up my mind, get used to not seeing her here again "

Freddy cut Harrison off by this and he just knew there was nothing he could possibly tell his brother this time.
