Chapter fifteen

Chapter 15

I had returned from the hospital, The three rapists, Dean, John and Keith were arrested and expelled from school. There was no court in their case. They pleaded guilty and we're charged with rape, assault and bullying.

I was brought in the police office to give my statement and testify against them. The boys' mothers came to all of them berging me to drop the charges against them.

Dean's mother was annoyed because I refused to give any comments, she stood on my way and looked down at me and shouted,

"What are you trying to gain? Fame? Why are framing our children?! We will sue you for that!" She shouted accusing me!

"Ma'am. I respect you but please... What are you implying? So I sodomized myself?" I asked.

"You homosexuals think you can run the world. Who knows maybe you had sex with your boyfriends and now you want to frame our babies?" She rudely shouted at me.

Our school nurse slapped the evil woman, and cried, "What about your son? A rapist, sodmizer, people like him should be kept away from our children."

"How dare you call my son gay?" She asked walking to the nurse.

"Well explain how his sermen was found in the poor boy's rectum?" She asked her. All the other parents were quiet and embarrassed by their children's behavior.

"Nicholas my child, I'm sorry we have been selfish, asking you to withdraw the case. Please forgive us, and press more charges on them." Said Keith mother.

"Ma'am. It's not your fault you don't have to suffer for them. It is our fault our children turned out to be this." I said as I felt sorry for the mothers.

"You turned my son gay. How come you have such a pretty face, too pretty for a boy, daughter in law!" Dean's mother kept insulting me.

"Daughter-in-law?" I asked feeling insulted. "Oh No what if I'm HIV positive?" I turned to the nurse.

"No you can't be... Your results were negative." She said. "And you were given PEP, (Post Exposure Prolaxysis - a drug given to the patients who have been raped, to prevent the infection of HIV, effective before seventy hours after the accident) the boys were tasted as well, they were positive."

"Is there anything we can do to help you?" Asked John's mother.

"No it's okay. The school will take care of everything. Thank you." I replied. We left the police station to the hospital as I could not walk.

I went back to school. The principal promised not to the address that issue with the school, he only addressed the issue of bullying. Since Dean was expelled, he was demoted from being the headboy.  So was his vice.

"I think you should go for councelling," suggested the nurse.

"No I'm fine. I will do that during the holidays." I did not like the idea of seeing a therapist.

"I understand... If you do it now, the school will cover everything." She said.

"Okay... The school will cover for that even if it's the holiday." She finally agreed with him.

"Please don't let my mom find out about this. And the media too. I'm too young for that much of the attention." I berged.
