Evelyn had to change into one of Lex's long shirt when she got to his house. None of his family members were home except the maids. So, technically, it was just him and her alone. Lex smiled when Eve forced him to sit on the bed so she'll look at his wounds.

"I'll be back, sweetie", She told Evelyn and followed her ex-boyfriend to talk

Evelyn was still speechless. Lex came to sight and she forgot she saw avoiding him for a second.

"What do you want?", She glared at him and saw the phone in his hand. She tried to take it from him but he didn't allow her.

"About last night-", He began but was cut off.

"It was nothing special. I wasn't in my right sense, Prince Lex", Evelyn said quickly.

Lex's gaze darkened and he replied, "What do you mean?"

"Sorry girls. She's here now", Alexis kissed Eve's hand and ordered the remaining girls to leave because the show was over.

Evelyn smiled sheepishly at Alexis after the girls had done to their original destinations.
