Chapter 8

After that first mission, they had begun to mark them off, which was good news for the Hokage, because the fewer missions, the less paperwork.

Sakura was... starting to peak, her skill had begun to peak around mid-Chunin and it was showing, her growth was definitely still admirable compared to some others, but compared to Naruto and Sasuke, it was a far cry from it.

Kakashi noticed it as well, he still planned to get them through the chunin exams, but he most likely should look into replacing Sakura, she was actually already thinking about taking up work as a Medical-Nin, because there was always plenty of work to be had in the hospital.

Naruto has continued to grow at a steady pace.

Sasuke however, had suddenly shown an explosive leap in skill. He was always pretty good to start yes, Kakashi felt if he had been born earlier while there were still wars. He would've thrived on the battlefield. As it seem each kill had brought him closer to doing better.

Which it did.

Sasuke, despite what he had wanted to portray was still from a modern time, even if his body and memories of Sasuke helped, his mind wasn't quite caught up with it all. That had changed however when he got his first two new workers.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

"AAAAHHHHH!! PLEASE! LET ME GOoo!" It was the scream of a man as Sasuke shifted to stand, he was wearing what looked to be a butcher apron, blood splattered across it. Pulling off his gloves as the man strapped in a chair was reduced to a quietly sobbing mess.

Walking from the man he pulled off one of the gloves also covered in blood, actually, it was hard to find a spot on Sasuke that didn't have a sprinkle of blood on him.

Using a clean rag to whip his face of sweat and any blood that might have gotten onto him he looked to his book, it had quite a few points written in, most of them seeming to be information-based around what looked to be some sort of drug trade.

Sasuke began to pull on his gloves as the door was opened. ''Sasuke Uchiha, the Hokage has called for you. Your team has gathered."

The Ninja's eyes drifted to the person he was interrogating and his eyes clouded a bit as he turned away.

Sasuke hummed before he spoke, taking his gloves back off. "Tell them I'll be there after a quick shower."

The ninja nodded before he leaves, shutting the door behind him.

Sasuke finished taking off his gloves and apron, turning to look at the person strapped in the chair.

They were blinded, having their sight taken from them by a simple poison that harmed the eyes, the right amount could completely blind people.

The man was... In a horrible state, at first, the torture for information had started small, a few punches, asking questions.

The punches didn't work, so he moved up, burning the fingerprints. Breaking the distal phalanx in both the fingers and the toes.

He continued to up the torture, pulling teeth, fingernails, and toenails.

Piercing the tips of the fingers and toes where the nail would grow from. The fingertips and toes tips had a lot of sensitive nerves to abuse to bring the most amount of pain.

The prisoner he was torturing was on death row for some serious crimes. Sasuke had been instructed to make it 'Hurt' right until the end.

He bashed the man's knee's in, brushing and tearing certain tendons and breaking additional bones to make movement torture in on itself.

"Seem's you've been saved from the worst things I could do, how lucky are you to never have to deal with me again?"

Sasuke pulled a brush and a syringe from the table. Walking over he began to write something on the man's forehead, causing the person in the chair to flinch. Attempting to getaway.

''Don't worry now, this is just me taking your hearing. Soon your senses will send no information, you will see nothing, hear nothing, taste nothing, smell nothing... The only sense left will be for you to feel, but that is because I am leaving you with a gift."

"This last injection is called 'Nerve Fire'. Some of the worst types of poison were created during the warring states period. It focuses on dealing with the most amount of pain, in the longest span possible. It was specifically made for people who have done some bad shit, just as you have done. To sentence them to something worse than hell."

Sasuke finished the injection, setting the syringe to the side. "You'll notice that I have broken, bruised, and torn tendons, bones, and a few muscles that directly correspond to movements of your body as a whole. Just so I can make sure you get the premium, top-of-the-line quality feeling... Please let the guards outside know if it's not up to snuff, just in case we need to find a new supplier."

With that, Sasuke walked out, ignoring the many screams and pleads that came with it, not bothering to stick around as he had something to do. Before he left he retrieved his book of information he got and turned it into the main warden in charge of torture.

Soon Sasuke had showered, cleaned up properly, and made his way to the Hokage's tower where his team was already waiting. Naruto was eating jerky as he sat upside down on the ceiling, reading a scroll of some sort while Kakashi was leaning against a wall reading his ero-novel.

Sakura was sat down doing meditation, while the Hokage was going over the book Sasuke recognized as the information he got.

"Ah... Sasuke, thank you for being so quick to get here. As well as thank you for the information you were able to get, with this we can begin to purge the drugs from Konoha."

Sasuke simply hummed, not looking to get into the fact as to how a bunch of civilians could go around selling drugs, raping and beating women in a village full of ninjas supposed to be good at information gathering.

"Now that you're all here, we can talk about the mission, your mission is to escort a bridge builder named Tazuna to the Land of Waves, it's a C-rank mission and from the information, he has given us, there should be no hiccups."

The Hokage waved a hand, and soon an older man who smelled of alcohol, with grey hair slicked back and a beard looking at them through a pair of glasses, his gaze heading up as he looked to the spicy yellow-haired kid wearing orange sitting on the ceiling.

"Why's he on the ceiling?"
