Chapter 85 People only hear what they want to hear

“Well” Alpha Farrow says, looking at Faith. “ This could work. Dressed like this and with this new haircut, she can pass as Rose from distance.” and smiling at her he says. “I had no idea that you are so brave, Faith.” but Faith ignores him and she is not in the mood to be praised by him. I suppose that she still holds some grudges for putting her to live in his kitchen storeroom.

“Stop praising her, father,” Ronan says. “This is stupid.” and he frowns again.

“Stupid or not it is what Faith wants,” Phoenix says with sad eyes, “We talked about it.” and I can see Faith looking at him with different emotions.

“What’s next?” my father asks this time and comes closer and sits on the bed where Faith waits for that medicine that will make her weak.

“Her appearance is perfect.” Mike says. “As soon as Jesse gives her the medicine she will stay with us, and Rose will remain here, because no one can see her at the same time with Faith.”
