Chapter 72 Remember it!

Late in the night

“We should let her rest,” Henry says, as they exit Rose’s ward, loud enough to be heard by everyone.

“Yes, we will come tomorrow.” Mike also says. “She looks even worse than she was in the morning. I can’t believe that Genene would try something like this on her. She looked so innocent.”

“Well, she fooled all of us” Jesse says and motions to them to move. “We will wake her up, if we continue to stay here and talk.” and he opens the door one more time and looks at Rose.

“Damn it!” Jesse whispers “she is too pale. We need to discuss this with her doctor tomorrow in the morning. We can’t let her be so fragile. I will ask him to offer her a blood transfusion or something”.

And just like that they walked away with a great difficulty, expressing their feeling for Rose, and the sadness that they can’t stay here overnight.

But as soon as they left, the door of Rose’ ward opened and a doctor came in. He was pushing a cart of changing medicine.
