NIGHTMARE

𝑁𝑖𝑛𝑜

I wondered why the lights were off. I wasn't surprised cause he's used to staying in darkness. It was a mystery to me but I guess everyone has and knows what puts them in a good mood. I groped in darkness to where the switch are but it was off that I kept stepping on things, I heard the sound of glass shattering under my shoes. Curiously, I touched the walls to find the switch.

A gasp escaped my mouth when I found the switch and flipped it on, I stared at my massacred sitting room. Horrified. Trepidation struck as my heart pounded against my ribs, looking around at the broken glasses that scattered around. My sitting room was upside down, the sofas were scattered around, and my parent's Palmera floor lamp was shattered into pieces. My blood left my head in a race to my feet and my knees went numb at the sight before me.
