Invite for dinner

I don't want to have breakfast with you Logan, I said leaving the room when someone knocked on the door. 

I slowly opened the door' it was Lily. Hi Marley' Lily greeted and I did same giving her a hug. 

  What are you doing here? I asked her. Fred and I will be hosting a dinner party tonight so I came to invite you and your husband.

  Something flashed through my mind and I smiled at the thought of it.

   Of course we will be there' I said agreeing to her invitation. 

  Marley, actually I also came to check up on you, I mean your husband was really angry yesterday' she said.

   Yes he was but he's okay now, he just had a rough day' I guess. Thanks by the way' I said to her.

 Sure, what are friends for' she said and we both smiled at each other. See you later then Lily' I said smiling at her and she left.

  I turned back to the room after shutting the door. Who was it and why did you take long? his cold voice asked me but in a soft tone.

  It doesn't matter' I said walking close to him placing my hands on his shoulders; he still maintained his expression.

   Logan, I will forgive you and I will have breakfast with you if you come with me to Lily and Fred's dinner party tonight.

  Who the fuck are Lily and Fred?

The people you saw me with yesterday' I said to see his jaw clench. No Marley! I'm not coming with you.

  Please Logan! Plea…. My words melted away as I suddenly felt his lips on mine, he slipped his tongue into my mouth and sucked on it softly and I responded to his kiss before he pulled away.

  Why did I let this man kiss me? We've kissed twice today' I thought to myself. 

  Fine' I will come with you but don't leave my side' he said breaking me off my thoughts and I nodded weirdly in unison.

  We sat down for breakfast, I ate a lot of food while Logan only ate a few.
