A short while later Harry, Fandral, Volstagg and Sif were back in Asgard, they had successfully saved another village and captured a fairly large amount of marauders. Though when they came back Harry had wanted to teleport back to the palace but the other three had insisted that he try horse riding, which is why Harry was on a horse when they finally got back to the palace.
"There, that wasn't so bad, was it?" Volstagg asked as he got off his own horse.
"I will freely admit that it was a pleasant ride, even though I could have teleported us all here in less than a minute." Harry said as he got off of the horse. "Thank you," Harry said to the horse as he petted it. "I enjoyed that so much that I am not going to name you Tesco." Harry added before a group of Asgardians came to take the horses away for them. Harry along with the other three walked back to the palace.
"Say, where is your dog friend?" Fandral asked Harry about a minute after they were inside.
"Knowing him? He could be anywhere and doing anything from hiding under Odin's bed while discovering all the secrets of Asgard to saving a drowning a child." Harry replied.
"Woof!" A familiar bark was heard as Padfoot rushed forward until he was walking alongside the group.
"Hey boy." Harry said as he patted him on the head.
"Woof!"
"What did he say?" Volstagg asked.
"You might have to apologies to the kitchen workers on our behalf." Harry responded. "While we were stopping a raid, Padfoot seemed to have been on his own."
"Raiding the kitchen?" Sif smiled. "Are we sure he isn't Volstagg's companion?"
"Hey!" Volstagg protested. "I do not raid kitchens."
"Not anymore." Sif smirked.
"I think you've perhaps been raiding a bit too much." Harry commented as he gestured to Volstagg's stomach.
"Nonsense, this is all muscle." Volstagg insisted as he slapped his belly.
"I didn't know muscle could shake like that." Harry commented, earning a laugh from both Fandral and Sif. "At least you've got extra padding to help you in fights." Harry added.
"Make your jokes," Volstagg rolled his eyes. "I've heard them all before."
"Yeah, I suppose being hundreds and hundreds of years old sort of does ruin originality." Harry shrugged, the group talked for several more moments before suddenly stopping when they caught Queen Frigga walking to them.
"My Queen." Sif said as she and the others greeted her.
"Greetings, shall I assume that you have all had a successful outing?" She asked.
"Of course, my Queen." Fandral grinned. "Between myself, Volstagg, Lady Sif and the incredible Grim, how could we not?"
"You have got to stop with the adjectives when you talk about me." Harry rolled his eyes. "For simplicity you can all just call me Harry."
"Harry?" Fandral hummed thoughtfully. "Nah, doesn't sound as interesting as Grim."
"Well I am sorry for interrupting," Frigga spoke before anyone could reply. "I was simply going to see my son and Jane Foster. I was wondering if Harry and his companion would like to join me." Frigga offered.
"Um… yeah, sure." Harry answered before he turned to the others. "So I guess I have got to go now, I will hopefully see you all later. Lady Sif," Harry nodded to her before turning to Volstagg. "Mr Muscle," He grinned at him before looking at Fandral. "you too I suppose." Harry said with a shrug.
"Oh don't sound too excited." Fandral huffed as he rolled his eyes.
"I don't want to help inflate your ego, Lord Flashheart." Harry said before turning around and following Queen Frigga away with Padfoot following along at Harry's side.
"Lord Flashheart?" Harry heard Fandral speak. "I rather like that." He said, Harry was sure that he was grinning.
"Do forgive me for asking, but could you perhaps explain the names you gave Volstagg and Fandral?" Queen Frigga asked.
"Before you came we were discussing Volstagg's stomach and he had insisted it was muscle." Harry responded.
"Ah, continue."
"As for Fandral I called him 'Flashheart', because he reminds me of Flashheart, who is a character from a TV show called Blackadder." Harry explained.
"A TV show?" She asked in a confused voice.
"It is kind of hard to explain, imagine a box that allows you to view things, that would be called a TV. TV shows are kind of like plays that you can view on the TV. I'm sorry, that is probably not the best explanation but where I come from it is such a common thing that nobody really has to explain it in detail and those that don't know can usually just be shown one."
"I understand, so Fandral reminds you of this 'Flashheart'?" She asked.
"Sort of," Harry replied. "he is not as cool though. Flashheart is basically depicted as this perfect, good looking, blonde haired, ladies man."
"Yes, I can see how you can draw the comparisons between the two." Frigga chuckled. "If I may ask, how are you enjoying Asgard?"
"So far I have found it very enjoyable," Harry answered honestly. "the people are nice, there is far less pollution here than where I live, and everything either looks interesting, beautiful or both."
"I am glad you like it." Frigga smiled. "What of your companion?" She asked.
"Woof." Padfoot barked.
